Jayde Cashion, Claire Reordan and Patreace Gannon were amazing in renting out my house in Fitzroy in very competitive conditions. They really worked tirelessly above and beyond, and gave great feedback about the house and the viewings. I would highly recommend them to rent and manage rental properties.

Bev and Lloyd at Jellis Craig were fantastic. Initially, Lloyd showed us quite a few properties and was always very accommodating, responsive with answers to our questions and generally very nice to deal with. When we saw the advertisement for the house we eventually bought, Lloyd facilitated a viewing with Bev, the sales agent for that particular property. It was also a pleasure to work with Bev. She facilitated access to the property quite a few times, was great to keep us in the loop and gave us the space we needed to consider what we wanted to do. I'm sure the vendors were delighted with Bev too. Overall a very smooth and positive experience for us.

Rob Elsom has been an absolute eal estate professional and achieved for us an incredible result for the sale of our home by auction. But it is not just the final sale, Rob has been helping us nad giving us invaluable advice for the last 7 years on a variety of things. Such a gentleman. So I saw an apartment I was really interested in to purchase as an investment property. I called a friend who worked at the Northcote office Kristian Pithe and asked if he could find out a little more info on the place and if the vendor would be open to an offer prior to auction, that was maybe on the Wednesday or Thursday prior to an inspection on Saturday. Kristian gave us all the info we were after and called me on the Sunday asking what we thought of the place and that the vendor was happy to take an offer prior to Auction advising what that offer might have to look like for the vendor to even consider so we did and by Tuesday the following week we had made the bid that secured the property. It could not have been more easy and uncomplicated then it was. Kristian was wonderful and kept us in the loop the whole time. I would highly recommend Jellis Craig to future sellers or buyers and I would especially recommend Kristian Pithe.
