Jersey Champs Avis 436

I ordered the Jersey on Dec 3. The website it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. Only reason I chose this site to purchase the jersey is because they said it would arrive before Christmas. The Jersey arrived today Jan 9.

I made an order got confirmation get charged Oct 31 and that it was... 😡😡😡😡

Horrible company, they are liars & scammers. Was told I would receive a free jersey if I left a 5 star review, they never followed through, I have all the messages, bad business.

I found a couple of jerseys for myself while I was shopping for my son’s sports apparel. Fabulous store and a great choice of jerseys for any age!

This company is horrible at shipping out the actual product and the positive reviews are from individuals who were promised a discount code if they leave a five star review. I had to reach out to my credit card company in order to get a refund after reaching out to their customer service with a response.

This company is a fraud. They don't ship out your product, their phone number goes straight to google voice mail, they entice people to leave positive reviews on this site by offering free gear they never deliver, and to top it all of their email response is almost completely automated. I ended up having to request a refund through my bank to get my money back.

Jersey Champs is a fraud of a brand, they are going to have an aesthetic and eye popping deal or extremely great looking designs. Sad part is, the company will only have a few of these resources ready to ship, less than 100 copies per item. Once you set up a contact with them expressing your displeased experience they will give you below average customer service and spit on your face through the email/phone call. I recommend to never buy from this scam of a company they are simply trash.

I’ve purchased a jersey from them in the past and the shipping was quick and the quality of the jersey is very good it still looks good a year later. If you’re looking for a unique jersey I highly recommend trying them out.

Jersey took awhile but it was in the height of the pandemic, but they were quick to answer my questions through email, it was a mamba kobe gigi jersey, loved the item!

TL;DR: terrible communication, terrible product, bad experience. Good luck getting a refund if they screw up your order. Stay away! At all costs.

First, the product I ordered looking very dissimilar to what I received. One had gradient and texture and distinct colors that were not present on what I received.

Second, I ordered it a little before the pandemic (Jan. 4) and understand the problems with this as they ship all their products from China, but heard nothing from them for almost a month. I tried to see the status of my order and got no replies from their listed numbers or emails and had to dig through other terrible reviews to get the only contact avenue that they would respond to, a Google voice number they never answer.

Eventually, I got a reply that asked for an order number. After replying, I got nothing. After following up, I got terse and condescending replies asking that I "please be patient", with still no tracking number in sight.

Come late February, got a tracking number that never worked. They kept telling me that I need to wait for it to update, which it never did. Eventually (April) it showed up unannounced in it's sad and lackluster state.

They sent a reply in JULY asking "did you ever get it?".

The only thing they got right was how quickly they signed me up for their email list and automated text messages.

They followed up with my order yesterday to ask for feedback and about my satisfaction (it's September!!) If I'm paying good money for a product, the LEAST you can do is have good communication.
