My husband purchased a necklace for my 60th birthday and as soon as I opened my gift, the necklace was broken.
We were informed to return the necklace (at our own expense) and the necklace would be repaired. I had never worn it so I feel that a repair is unacceptable, we should have been offered a replacement at the companies expense.
The customer service has been despicable and I would not recommend them to anyone!!
