Still waiting for this order after 10…

Still waiting for this order after 10 days. The first 3 days after ordering I was constantly emailed asking if I would 'like to add to the order', which seems to show it was not even packed and/or dispatched. Then I was emailed asking if I'd like to add insurance, when it had been apparently dispatched. I don't believe this is a UK Company, but if it is, the goods do not appear to be dispatched from the UK. I'd have been better off using Temu, now that makes you wonder?

Not British

I’m starting to feel scammed.. I purchased from this company as they advertise as a British company based in Yorkshire .. however shipping/delivery takes up to 2 weeks??? That’s not screaming Yorkshire to me.. the tracking updates are very lacking and they advertise to offer PayPal as payment option but don’t.. mmm, I wonder why??? I’m still waiting for my order so we’ll see what happens when it arrives.. update to follow

Absolutely scam
Poor quality clothes, unhelpful customer service and no proper support for customer
My email were met with repeated automated response and my issue was never solved
Buyers should be very cautious before ordering from this website
As soon as I received dress I contacted immediately let them know that it was too small and I wanted to return it
But instead of helping me with return request,they only sending me the same automated email and never provided me with the return form or return instructions

What you see is not what you get!

I saw a dress, ordered it and what arrived did not match the item I’d seen. A shapeless dress in stretchy material. I attempted to return it but was told I could get another dress in a different size but I’d have to pay a delivery charge. When so many companies offer a seamless returns service at no extra cost this company don’t! They show no integrity AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED!

In my opinion, this company feels like a scam.

I placed my order on 9 June because the website gave me the impression I was buying from a Yorkshire, UK-based business. Instead, my item was shipped from China, and when I requested a refund after it arrived, I was told I would have to return it to the United States at my own expense or accept only a 30% refund.

None of this was made clear before I purchased. Had I known the item would be shipped from China and that returns would involve expensive international shipping, I would never have ordered.

Customer service has repeatedly refused to provide a free return despite the misleading impression given on the website. Instead, they have tried to pressure me into accepting a partial refund.

I have now started the process of recovering my money through my credit card provider and will also be reporting my experience to the relevant consumer authorities.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Jessica by Bee.

sale find that worked

The sale prices caught my attention, but the quality was better than I expected. I’ve ordered from similar online boutiques before and this one felt more reliable.

These people are frauds. AVOID!

These people are frauds. Avoid at all costs. They emailed to say the item I ordered was no longer in stock and offered a voucher and a discount rather than a refund. I have emailed three times now saying this is unacceptable and demanding full refund. Each time I get an AI bot reply with an ever improving offer. I do not believe I will ever get my money back and will be reporting to Trading Standards and trying a chargeback via the bank.

*edit - they flagged the above as defamatory but Trustpilot found it was not and rejected their attempt to get my review removed.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Do not use. Took 3 + weeks to arrive in a plastic zip bag. Postage label had been put over another one. The quality is appalling. Obviously an import from a sweat shop. Awful quality. No option to return. That’s me fiddled out of £35.

Scammers l ordered a dress on sale and was told it’s out of stock and asked for a refund only to be told that when you are ready to choose something different l should email them and get a voucher , lm in the process if reporting them to my back scammers please don’t buy anything from them

I wish I checked here before I ordered…

I wish I checked here before I ordered from this company.
After a long wait I finally received my dress which is made of cheap material and doesn't fit me at all so I decided to return it.
I contacted the company, they kept offering me discounts which I didn't want because I will never use them again. They also offered to replace my dress with a different size and I have to pay £14.99 shipping.
Absolutely joke. On their website it says 30 days free return, but they refuse to send me the instructions on how to return it and no hopes on receiving a refund either.
Please don't buy from Jessica by Bee, they misleading their customers and I bet their website is all fake like their clothes are.
And by the way, they flagged my review for no reasons.

What joke

What joke! Appalling quality, advertised as a dress but came as a two piece garment of extremely poor quality. Item was ordered on the 7th June and arrived on the 23rd June. Return process is ridiculous. This is not UK quality cheap polyester cra#

The dress is faulty and such cheap material. The sizing is all off. To top it off, I requested a refund and was advised it’s £14.95 to return the item. Absolutely disgraceful, especially when they advertise they offer ‘30 day free returns’ and ‘hassle free returns’.
Nothing hassle free about this fraudulent shop! Steer very clear!

They are based in the US (not as advertised) and promise a 30 day hassle free money back return. After several emails they kept offering 30% back in fact they should advertise as a lot of hassle. The sizing was way off and product was rubbish!
