Don’t buy this junk. I paid $75.89 and received a broken product that was unusable. The return process was lengthy and convoluted. At first, they offered me a tiny refund and said I could keep the nozzle. This went back and forth (via email, you can’t call them) where they would up the offer. My replies were firm and polite, but I said I wanted the full refund. Finally, they told me to ship it to them (Spent $17.00 to ship it back via UPS) and they would inspect it. Finally got the full refund.

Advice: Keep all receipts and emails. Take a photo of all the parts before you ship it back. Stay persistent and you will get a refund…eventually.

used it on my patio to clean off mud and dirt. It is worthless. My regular garden hose with a good nozzle has much more pressure and power. Don't buy this!!

Would be less than 1 if possible. The site indicated it shipped from Canada however, very desceptive. The funds charged are not disclosed. I called within 1 minute of ordering to find out it was actually in US funds and instructed them to cancel the order. They said they would. However, over 2 hours later I get an email saying 'so sorry, it had already been shipped'. Outright lie! Do not order from this site or company. I will be refusing the item and ensuring my credit card is refunded.

They offer a cancellation policy but within 1-12 minutes of your ordering online and immediately email the company to cancel the transaction, who then respond soon after and then spend 24 hours emailing you a couple of times, "on hold" under the pretext of trying to cancel with the "warehouse", then respond by saying the cannot be cause its too late. We'll I received an email 24hiursa after my request to say the item m has shipped... Now I have to wit until it arrives arrives and then go through the proceas of retuning it at my expense to "the warehouse". They should NOT BE STATING THEY HAVE A CANCELLATION policy.. Because they don't. If email a CANCELLATION is sent within 1-12 minutes you f making the order, that is not FAST ENOUGH... that means they don't have a cancellation policy. Buyer be warned. You cannot cancel!!!

Does not work - if anything has less pressure than a regular hose and when you complain the “can’t find any record of your purchase!!”…

This is a scam. I tried to buy a hose says 70percent off. Pay thru paypal, received two paypal transactions receipt with the total of $134 Aud.! Billed with USD and automatic subscription /deduction everymonth! If u email them, there is an automatic response. The email from the website takes only a seconds to tell you that your order is on the way, where you literally just click the payment. This is to prevent you from cancelling your transactions, which is likely you will never receive the items too. Do not buy from this scam website, the bill will add an item that u never buy plus more unexpected fees.

Beware of any product that sells it at half price.
An amazing product prints its own money

This is an item you can buy of Temu for $0, just pay $6 AUD for delivery. You can also buy similar at Bunnings hardware for less than $30. If people look at the ad properly, at no point in the ad do see them using their product, everything you see are actual high pressure cleaning wands. You'd get better results with a $60 gernie.

This is a scam company. I saw an add on Youtube & the reviews on their link were great. Initial cost wss $59.95 & suddenly on the order they added a warranty which I did not approve + postage. Total was within $76. Suddenly I was hit with 2 transactions on my credit card of over $90 & second abt $ 124. I got an immediate call from Latitude asking if I ordered these items to which I said no as the cost was different & had only one transaction at a different amount. This then led to my card being blocked. I sent an email to the same address that was on the invoice & it bounced back.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Total rip off. Expensive and got scammed to get three of the pieces of crap. I’m a fool, the product went in the bin, wouldn’t even donate to charity, I wouldn’t feel right knowing the less fortunate would spend 2 dollars on it. Gone to landfill, omg, the poor earth. Forgive me god for putting this trash in your heavenly earth.

This is so powerless it wouldn't even wash bugs off my car. You WILL be disappointed.....
