Upon delivery, I found the side stones were dull and invisible. I started the return process the same day 7 Sep 2026. At first their reply being "If you’d rather proceed with a return, please send us a few clear photos of the ring before shipping it back. Since all returned items undergo inspection, we kindly ask that the jewelry be in brand-new, unworn condition (with tags attached) to qualify for a refund." At this stage, they seemed agreed the photos/claim I had sent earlier and the matter seemed to be the condition of the product.
After I sent them the photo of product's condition, they did not argue about the condition but passed the buck to something else. They started talking about the lighting conditions and colour variations and refused a refund. They left me the option of exchange with a 35% restocking fee. The moral is, the risk and costs are yours when you are dealing with an unreliable online store who does not care about customer satisfaction and being fair.

Could not select Afterpay from the facebook link but was able to once I went through the website. A birthday gift for my lady

I couldn’t believe that I received a free gift valued at $330 and can’t wait to get my order I actually ordered 2 identical necklaces 1 each for my bridesmaid’s 80 th in QLD this month on the 21st matching mine for my 80th we have been best friends for 64 years like sistas SO I PRAY MY PARCEL WILL ARRIVE BEFORE 20 th August .. the jewellery reviews encouraged my business too
