I bought a 1ct with platinum band for…
I bought a 1ct with platinum band for my partner. Very impressed with the quality of the product. It looks the part and is a lovely piece. It looks very classy and expensive. My conscience is clear, as no blood diamonds, war, or environmental destruction involved (diamond trade ethically horrendous).
My partner is very happy, as am I. Great value and quality, would not hesitate to recommend.
I experienced good customer service. The ring took a few weeks to make, as platinum mounts were on delivery, but I was kept updated via several phone calls and this was fully explained to me. When I also made calls before making the purchase to discuss the item, they were very helpful.
I did my research, and having now received it and a happy Mrs, I am very glad I went with Jewellery by William.

What a great experience
What a great experience, ordered just before Christmas and had a phonecall to let me know about the ETA, confirmed size and keep me in the loop of the production process. The customer service is second to none, the ring is absolutely stunning, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful special ring!
