I am really pleased with Jewellery Discovery. To date I have purchased several antique pieces; rings and more recently a lovely Akoya Pearl necklace of which I was totally thrilled with as it exceeded my expectations.
I have experienced excellent customer service; instant response to queries, honest dialogue when discussing quality and sizing and safe timely delivery of items purchased and all administrated by knowledgeable and friendly staff members.
It is my go to, for all my antique / retro pieces, ensuring beautiful and in many cases one of a kind quality pieces, clear and informative web site for selection and purchase and helpful staff.

Jewellery Discovery are incredible. With a very tight time frame, due to my upcoming wedding, they arranged a resizing appointment for me. I don’t live locally so they arranged for the ring to be sent back to me, tracked and signed for within the same week. Their communication and customer service is exceptional and I am truly grateful! What could have been an incredibly stressful experience (due to my own poor planning) was the complete opposite and I just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team. Could not recommend more highly!

I must admit I was very concerned about buying an expensive item of jewellery online, but my experience with Jewellery Discovery was excellent. The website was clear and carried all the information I required about the ring I was interested in, with very clear photographs.
Once I decided to buy the ring the communication with Carolyn was excellent. Carolyn was quick to respond and communications were very clear. Delivery was as described and the ring when it arrived exceeded any expectations in terms of quality and condition.
After the purchase the follow-up from Carolyn to ensure we were happy with the ring and whether any alterations to size were required was excellent.
I would not hesitate to purchase from Carolyn again and would recommend this site to anyone, based on the excellent experience I had.

Jewellery Discovery were absolutely fantastic, I couldn’t recommend highly enough! The service was second to none and the understanding of my requirements and budget were no issue. I was a first time buyer (engagement ring for my to be wife) which can be quite daunting finding the right thing. Emma at JD was brilliant and made my experience really memorable and certainly came up with the ring to wow my fiancé!

I have never had such terrible customer service. Sold my fiance a ring that they shouldn't have as it was faulty and when they finally reopened after initial covid closures they took over a month to fix it. Constantly changed the date when it was going to be fixed then delayed the repair even further by carrying out unnecessary works. I was so upset and almost distraught that I had been engaged 7 months and only able to wear my ring for 3. Emma you are a liar and should not be dealing with customers, your excuses are empty and we never even received an apology. Absolutely disgraceful. Save yourself money, time and heartache and choose from one of the many other gorgeous jewellery shops in Burlington Arcade.
P.s we had to keep chasing you not the other way around. Mark's on the ring that were not there before. Your reply is full of dishonesty which is even more shocking!
