Very cheap items but very poor customer…
Very cheap items but very poor customer service. I bought some bracelets for a christmas present. My young nieces broke after a few days. They said due to it being over 30 days they couldn't send a free replacement so was wasting my time asking for pictures. Better to go to a jewellery shop where customer care is in place

I think you might be mistaking your order with us with another order elsewhere because you emailed us on 2/9/2024 and requested a return because the item was 'too thin'. We also sent you a free return shipping label the very same day as a courtesy. So this review is very confusing to me. We completely understand that some items are a little difficult to purchase online since you cannot see or feel them in your hands before-hand. Hello I ordered a necklace and earrings from you that I would like a refund for as they aren’t what I was hoping for, however I’m having major problems with the returns portal, my order number has been confirmed & im correctly entering it into the field with my correct email address underneath but it is just saying it’s not recognised which I don’t see how is possible? Don’t know what I’m doing wrong somebody please help as I want to get sent back within the 30 days to enable me a full refund!!! If anyone can advise or help me with this please comment!
