Seriously, 5 stars are not enough for such an excellent service. On the day of the reservation, a guy named Tea came, put some headphones on him and worked for more than 5 hours without stopping, not even for a very intensive moment. At the end of his work, he left my 2019 car, which looks like it had just come out of the dealership, as good as new.

I paid for the £135 interior-focused deep clean on a second hand car I had just purchased. The mobile cleaner arrived on time but delivered a sub-par job. After letting the business know, they have arranged a second detailing appointment free of charge. Unfortunately they couldn't get one of the stains on the fabric out, but overall it was a good result.

I used Jewels passion mobile service for a steam clean of my pram and I received the speediest, most convenient, amazing value for money service. I cannot fault this is any way, absolutely satisfied customer.

What a fantastic experience dealing with Jewel from the first enquiry directly with Jewel to my final gleaming van. VJ was incredible - punctual, courteous and was genuinely interested in whether I was happy with the job. And I was! My van is 16 years old but looks brand new. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I'd bought a car which had light swirling scratches all over (carelessly washed over in it's previous life?).

Jewel did a FANTASTIC job polishing them out, and then ceramic-treating it.

It now really looks like a new, showroom-condition car.

I found Jewel just through an internet search, after researching various car detailers in my area. He was responsive by email, arrived on time, was polite and courteous throughout and, most importantly, has done an excellent job on my now gleaming car, including removing several stains that have been building up on the leather upholstery for a few years now, which others have not been able to remove. He spent hours to get it right. Having put up with many lacklustre car cleaners in the past I can safely say I'm very happy I've now found Jewel!

Absolutely incredible service. Bought a secondhand car and the previous owner had dogs, so the whole interior needed a full overhaul. Jewel spent hours steaming every surface, washing all the fabrics. Incredible work. It’s like new now. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely disgusting...left wax to haze in the sunlight and all left wax streaks everywhere on the car not buffed up...looked like an amateur had detailed my car...i'm disabled too and cant wash and wax my car myself...steer clear at all COSTS!!!!

Great service provided and excellent results. Cant be any happier. Very talented at what he does and my car looks brand new. Took over 15 hours and not a single moan. Very honest detailer and not making you spend extra money for no reason. Takes his time and gets on with it.

Jewel took my car over the weekend for a full valet and detailing (removing scuffs and buffing)

From the initial first stages I realised this guy is no amateur! Used industry standard foam to wash the car down, no cheap branded chemicals of the supermarket shelve, all professional and high end materials as well as his tools for the job.

Every inch of my interior leather had been restored immaculately! For a vehicle that’s 12 years old he turned it into a showroom standard.

Finally my exterior was glistening! Hairline scratches removed, buffed and waxed and finally a protective layer.

I cannot recommend this guy enough, genuinely took his time on both days (two full days) and really put his heart and soul into it.

I’ll definitely be coming back as a repeat customer.
