Great service
Great service. Very quick service. Had to send item back as not quite right for the person I bought for. Refund processed as soon as they received the item back. Would buy from them again

Poor handling.....
Ordering and paying for the gift item was a smooth process. However, upon receiving the parcel, I discovered that both the box and the plastic packaging were torn. This was disappointing as the items were intended as a surprise anniversary gift, but the damaged packaging ruined the element of surprise. I reached out to JianLondon sales regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. It seems that this may be indicative of their approach to customer service.

Lost a stone from a ring, got in touch, sent it over to them, they fixed it and sent the ring back. No hassles what so ever. Couldn't recommend this company enough. FANTASTIC service. Thank you.

Highly recommended and quality jewellery.
This is the second item I've ordered from Jian London and I've had very very good experience with the company. The jewellery is very nice quality and the service is excellent. Can't recommend Jian highly enough. When the silver sample arrived I was blown away. What a great idea. The final product is amazing. They kept in touch at all stages of manufacture and delivery. I note some adverse quality and repair comments but hopefully they will never arise
