David and team at Jigsaw are a first class outfit. We have used them for our second sale due to the amazing service they provided us the first time and they didnt disappoint. House was offered on within the next day after agreeing to put it up for sale due to Davids knowledge and situation of one of his other clients and being realistic, open and honest with his estimate of the proposed sale price based on the current market and similar houses in the area. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally but with that extra thought of being treated as people not just a number on a spreadsheet. Whenever we needed help and guidance or if we were unsure of anything we knew we could reach out to Jigsaw and the team would offer the right help and guidance, which filled us with confidence.

I recently bought a home with the help of Jigsaw. Right from the start, their service was impressive. When issues arose higher up the chain, Chris and Nina played a crucial role in keeping everything on track. Their proactive approach and excellent communication with everyone involved made all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Jigsaw!

I’m always a little sceptical when I see companies with perfect reviews but in this case, Jigsaw are absolutely the real deal. We had four estate agents round for a valuation and a chat about our flat in Camberley, and Chris from Jigsaw stood out by a mile as being the most knowledgable about our house and the area as well as coming across as the most trustworthy. We worked with Chris and Nina throughout the sales process and they were always contactable, professional yet approachable, and when we had difficult decisions to make they were always happy to share their advice without pushing their own agenda. Chris said to me on multiple occasions, “I work for you, not the other way around”. Despite a few hurdles we were able to successfully sell the flat for a price we were happy with and get moved into our next place before Christmas which was a great result. While we have no intention of moving again for a while (hopefully!) we would genuinely recommend Jigsaw to anyone in the area, as working with them was probably the easiest part of our moving process and they got us to where we wanted to be. I found Jigsaw Estate Agents to be very professional, helpful and they kept me informed regarding my house sale from start to finish. Having used another local estate agent earlier in the year to sell my late mother’s property, I can honestly say they were 100% better.

I used Jigsaw Estates to sell the house that had been in our family for over 60 years. This wasn’t a willing sale - I was forced into having to sell through the “second home premium” imposed on Council Tax.

Clearing out and selling up was a daunting task - especially having to do it all from a distance (I live in Germany). Luckily, David and his colleagues did everything possible to support me.

David is very knowledgeable about the area and market. He is both realistic and positive in his advice and has a good intuitive understanding of people and their needs when it comes to selling a property.

I don’t think any property sale ever goes 100% smoothly to the seller’s wishes - ideally, I would have liked a little more time and maybe a higher selling price, but in retrospect I don’t think I have any cause for complaint!

All we can say is no matter how big or small our next property, we wouldn't trust anyone else with the sale of our property. Chris supported and advised us even before we had taken Jigsaw on as our agents, whilst we were suffering from being let down by another agent's incompetence. Once we had moved to Jigsaw, Chris gave us the same advise which whilst felt a little uncomfortable, he stuck to his word and it all worked out. We sold the house. However, even at that point Chris worked relentlessly making sure we hit the final destination of completion. Chris ended up being the only one that actually got involved when things nearly fell through acting as agent for us and our sellers even though they were with another agent.

My take away from the whole process is that not all estate agents are the same, they are not all cut from the same cloth. Selling your property is not the same as actually completing. If you are looking to move house and want to know that your agent has your back and is willing to go the extra mile to get you to you to your new home, then 110% Jigsaw.

Buying my home through Jigsaw Estate Agents was one of the best experiences I’ve had in the property market. Although they weren’t selling my property, Chris became my main point of contact throughout the entire process and his communication was exceptional from start to finish. Myself and my wife viewed a property with Jigsaw back in April this year. We have finally exchanged contracts yesterday. Our side and the top side of the chain was great and smooth but the people we were buying from - their solicitors were a nightmare. Thankfully we had Richard to help us every step of the way. Although it wasn’t his job to keep chasing he did every week for us! If it wasn’t for Richard we probably would have pulled out.
