No after care
I moved into a house where your company had fitted the kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen had already been completed before I moved in, so I had no involvement in the original installation.
I contacted you to ask whether you could provide a price for fitting a dishwasher. Your response was:
“Thank you for your email/enquiry. We only deal directly with retailers/showrooms. We can, however, if you are happy for us to use your postcode, advise of retailers in your area who I am sure would be happy to help with your request.”
You would think that if a company had originally fitted the kitchen, there might be some sort of after-sales service — haha, apparently not!
I contacted a few of the retailers you recommended, and, you guessed it, none of them were interested. It seems the job was simply too small for them.
It’s disappointing that there is no option for the original kitchen company to help with a relatively straightforward job, especially when the kitchen was fitted by you in the first place. Surely there should be some sort of after-sales support for existing kitchens, even if the work is only a small installation such as fitting a dishwasher.
I pulled one of the unit walls away to see where the pipes for the disherwasher would go only to find lots of orange peel and other rubbish
