Absolutely first class assistance provided by JLA Computer Services following an accident with my desk top computer. They were able to retrieve the hard drive from the severely damaged computer, then order and set up a new computer for me. As an IT illiterate they made this whole experience painfree especially as I was dreading the whole procedure. This is the second time I have used the company when in a panic and on each occasion they have dealt with the situation in a professional and caring manner. I have always found the engineers to be polite and efficient. When explaining what is wrong with the computer they always tell you in layman terms so that you are able to understand what is wrong. They fix/repair the computer as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend JLA Computers 100 per cent.

I have used JLA for a number of years and have always found them to be courteous and efficient in fixing my computer problems, be they major or minor. They have never let me down in solving a problem and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Purchased a recon computer from JLA Computers in December 2017 Had a problem with a pop up on screen that I could not clear. Contacted Sky who could not solve the fault Adam JLA Computers spent time and cured the Fault (no charge) The point is that I am not sure that it had anything to do the computer. I appreciate his gesture. and will use their service in the future George Cain

My faithful old computer suddenly stopped working so I took it along to JLA Computers who diagnosed a faulty motherboard. Despite efforts to find a replacement they were unable to do so (the computer was getting on for 12+ years old!). As I wanted to continue with my ancient operating system they were able to supply a good second hand machine which met my needs.

I supplied them with my OS disc and an SSD which they loaded onto the new machine together with all the latest updates and drivers which they downloaded and installed the internet connection. When I returned home I loaded all my software and it all worked first time.

I was very happy with the personal service from JLA (in particular from Adam) and I found nothing too much trouble for them. I had a couple of hic-ups along the way but they resolved them with no problem.

I would have no reservations in recommending JLA Computers to anyone with problems - I found all the staff extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. The service was quick and efficient.

Excellent company. Unlike some computer service providers JLA have been at the same premises for many years and that, to me, indicates they know what they're doing and have a satisfied clientele. I spent 35+ years in the computer world and would definitely recommend JLA.

Superb service who are very quick and reliable. I had some software and installation issues with my PC, Wi-Fi and Internet which JLA resolved immediately.

Bought a reconditioned lap top from JLA as mine had a damaged hard drive and the cost of repair was nearly as much as the purchase. They transferred all my data and I collected the new lap top within a couple of hours
