A disappointing experience that did not reflect the company’s stated values

My experience with this organization left me disappointed in how workplace concerns were handled. While I worked with many talented and professional colleagues, the broader leadership culture did not always reflect the values the company publicly promotes around respect, inclusion, and employee support. When concerns were raised through internal channels, the process did not feel constructive or supportive, which made it difficult to feel comfortable speaking up. I hope the organization takes steps to strengthen transparency, leadership accountability, and psychological safety for employees.

I trusted JLL to find and Vet a Tenant

I trusted JLL to find a tenant for myt very small commercial property in Hampton.
The tenant decided she did not have to pay rent due to a flood caused by a fire fighting sprinkler contractor. I agreed to give her 4 months rent free while she attempted to get the property certified by the Board of Education and Health as a Day Care Center. She should have started paying rent in July. Then August, Sept and October went by & still no rent. Turns out the tenant had 9 bankruptcies to her name multiple last name. Shes a professional Grifter. I paid JLL $10K for that tenant. Supposedly I have no recourse??? How does that happen?

I am writing to express serious concern…

I am writing to express serious concern regarding the conduct of your employee, Sumaree Fleming, in Thailand. Her manners and business etiquette were severely lacking. Specifically, she demonstrated an extremely unprofessional attitude and did not adhere to the company's expected standards. The treatment I received as a customer was exceptionally poor, and the experience was deeply unsatisfactory.

We needed a rental appraisal urgently

We needed a rental appraisal urgently. JLL promised to have it done before Christmas for an extra $2000 rush fee on top of their $5000 fee. Come April the next year, after multiple emails, unanswered phone calls, we asked them to cancel the contract since they had breached it, and give us a full refund.
That's when they sent us the appraisal, and never heard from again.

the people put in to do the work have…

the people put in to do the work have very little outside knowledge other than what is indoctrinated into them.
they are just a company of box tickers, my experience is a toxic work place, and dont bother complaining
because nothing happens

Unethical company

Having worked for JLL I have realized they are really focused more on the external image than in internal process excellence and client service. Probably they are better in US but in Europe and particularly where they are small like in Italy, Spain or Nordics they are really not effective.
Recently they started firing managers without any prior notice and without seeking an agreement while they continue to hire. Unethical company

Commercial rent deposit still not returned after a month

I've been chasing the return of a commercial rent deposit for my sister, which is now 14 days overdue, despite reminders from the landlord's solicitor.

This is causing serious financial hardship, as well as anxiety. JLL are either disorganised at best, or indifferent to the wellbeing of others at worst. My sister is still waiting for payment, and is incurring costs as a result.

i rent in a commercial building in…

i rent in a commercial building in ottawa canada. there was fecal material on the wall in one of the bathrooms behind and above the toilet for 5 weeks. the cleaning staff just left it there. when asked to clean they were rude and then told management i made racist remarks about them. like really. what an absolute load of hogwash. so you do not clean your buildings and if any one says anything then your staff say the person who asked to have it cleaned made racists comments and so the issue is not about the cleaning but the false statements made by the cleaning staff and then they wonder why anyone would not trust them.
