James and Team are the absolute best in trade and it is a privilege to be their customer.

-Installed and service heating system.
-Replaced bathrooms.
-Plumbed new kitchen and refit rads.

I have used James many times previously for boiler services, so he was a natural choice for my new bathroom. Having explained my vision I was happy to allow him to make it happen. His team, Matt, Ryan, Julian and Adam are professional, polite, clean and punctual. A pleasure to have them around the house. James arranged additional trades and they too showed the same standards one would expect. I highly recommend James, he has gone above and beyond. My property is 90 years old with a lot of original features James has future proofed my home and I have no worries going forward.

This is our second job with James and have just completed a big renovation of plumbing, heating, bathrooms over several months. James is a total professional who’s attention to details is second to none. He will never bodge or make do! James and his team are excellent communicators, polite, punctual, tidy, reliable, very skilled etc etc etc but above all always deliver a smooth and perfect job from start to finish. James and his team recently ripped out a dated en-suite and installed a new one. Our experience was very good. James is a patient and responsive problem solver. The whole team were polite, clean, respectful of our home and most importantly, highly skilled. We waited a long time for James to help us out as he is so busy but it was really worth it.

Had an extension to our house including new boiler and a couple of bathrooms fitted. Really great service from James and the team who offered helpful advice and were prompt and professional. Would certainly use them again.

If you are looking for someone to carry out a bathroom refurbishment you need not look any further, James and his team are the best workmen I have ever used. The finished work is outstanding. They arrive on time, are clean workers, reliable, trustworthy and nothing is too much trouble. One of the best things in using him is that he can carry out the complete job from start to finish. You do not have to look for other trades people, he already has them. A very organised team who clearly work well together and take pride in their professional work.

Exemplary professionalism. James and team provided all plumbing works on our 2 story extension. Works included relocation of boiler, new pressurised water system, 12 radiator installs and piping, 2 bathroom refits, kitchen works and underfloor heating.

James & his team, were professional, tidy & very efficient from the get go. They installed 6 bathrooms & 6 heating systems in 2020. James is so fastidious & precise that you know you are going to be left with a perfectly working product. The follow up service has been great too. Nothing had been too much. Great input & advice from the start too. Next he will be installing our new family bathroom at out house. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We had just moved into a new house and we couldn't get the washing machine working. We called James following a personal recommendation and he came out on a Saturday afternoon to review the problem. Julian then attended our property on the Monday morning and repaired the issue (dodgy plumbing!).

Whilst at the house, Julian noticed that we had a dangerous issue with the Hot Water Tank, and this was resolved extremely quickly and proficiently by James and Julian.

Really impressed with their service and would highly recommend.

I have had two problems in my bathroom both of which Julian has fixed, honestly, professional, tidy and innovative, I would definitely recommend this company and when the time comes will use them for the ‘refit’

Back in July James and his team sorted the plumbing and heating of our new kitchen, cloakroom and bathroom suite. Everyone was friendly, professional, courteous and very tidy as well as extremely knowledgable. James always put forward ideas and gave invaluable advice when choosing the bathroom suite, which I was very grateful for. I can't recommend these guys highly enough and will get them back with no hesitation for other jobs in the future. Thank you all for your hard work and banta through the summer :-).

We have just had several new radiators fitted. James & his team were professional every step of the way. James helped us select the correct radiators & the guys were so clean & tidy we hardly knew they had been here. Totally professional every step of the way.
