JN Money provides a very valuable…
JN Money provides a very valuable service, it is fast, efficient and reliable. However, they should serious consider increasing the maximum monthly allowed to send online using the money transfer service. At present it is only $1500 CND, that can be sent using this service for online accounts, this amount in the Jamaican equivalency cannot do very much. Provided the individual is able to show proof of honest earnings that amount should be increased.
The JN Scarborough location is AMAZING! I am extremely thankful to all the ladies that work at that location. I have been using their service for the past 5 years and I am extremely pleased and grateful for the service they provide, especially after I exhaust my monthly allowance for the online platform .

This place always has very pleasant…
This place always has very pleasant staff on hand. They are fast & efficient with the service they provide. And honesty is emaculet.....i was on the store yesterday & left $9 behind. Today the lovely young lady called me to inform me of this and that they have the money put aside for me for the next time I am there. Thrilled!!!! Thank you JN. You have proven yourself to be my abroad money sending choice. Thank you JN!!!

My May 5th nightmare....
On May 5th during the process of sending money to Jamaica, the customer service agent I encountered was rude, dismissive, and obviously had poor reading and comprehension skills along with a very bad attitude. During the transaction, she snapped at me, was dismissive, and couldn't follow very simple oral and written instructions. I was treated with such disdain that it made me feel as if my business was not appreciated. I am seriously considering using another location. This woman needs in-depth training in effective customer service delivery.
