Issues when asked simple questions
I have been using JobHire.AI to help with my job search and have been impressed with the number of applications it is able to submit. However, on the applications that it submits it refers to not living within the U.S., saying "no" that I do not have a degree, and "no" I am not legal to work in the U.S. I sent a note last week and said it was corrected. It has NOT been corrected. I have asked for a refund as I'm getting denials.

Id give this site a negative 10 if I could. I've canceled my subscription per their policy in June and they are still tasking money out of my account. When I contacted their support team they sent me a link that doesn't work. They are nothing but a complete scam.

One thing worth doing today: over a hundred applications are sitting in your queue waiting for your approval. You can clear them in a batch from the Applications section, and that's the fastest way to move the counter, since nothing goes out until you give the go-ahead. Good luck with the search 🙌

Your tip is the one we'd give too: keep the resume and LinkedIn current, since that's exactly what the matching runs on. If a friend is job hunting, the Referral program in the left menu makes the recommendation worth your while. Good luck with the offers!
Very helpful but need better User Interface for modifying searches
The AI tools are helpful in applying for jobs, and modifying my resume to fit different positions. However I am having some issues with it not finding the right jobs, and tailoring the search to better fit what I am looking for.

Completely deceptive. Charge you 5 dollars. Poor performance. Cant cancel and they charge you 171 without approval.
Your answer is a joke. I did not ask for.any o that. Your website has no cancel option. Complaints filed with consumer affairs. All, stay away.. complete scam

Hi Jeff - thanks for the feedback, and sorry this didn't go the way you expected. Your subscription has been canceled, so there will be no further charges.
On the plan: the $5 covers a 3-day trial. Before payment, the checkout screen shows the renewal price: $99 for the plan plus $24 per add-on kept selected - along with a line stating that canceling within those 3 days means only the $5 is charged.
On performance: your search screened several hundred postings for location and pay, surfaced multiple strong matches to your profile, and applied to dozens of roles on your behalf. On average it takes around 91 applications before a first interview invitation arrives, and a few days in isn't enough time to judge that.
Our support team has already been in touch with you, and we're glad to keep working through this.

It has saved me so much time, reduced a lot of stress, and given me a little more peace of mind for myself and my family. Employers opening your application means the roles were relevant and you were reaching real people. Turning that into interviews is a different problem, and it usually comes down to how the search is configured - match threshold, locations, work type. A threshold set high, or a location filter narrower than you'd actually accept, quietly cuts the number of openings you ever reach. It's worth checking those before adding more applications.

For finance roles that cuts the pool of relevant openings down hard, and a quiet inbox is usually the result.

Apparently the "Unsubscribe" button is…
Apparently the "Unsubscribe" button is not available all the time. What do i mean by that? well i am paid for a full month and wanted to unsubscribe and am told that its "Not always there"...and you have to "Email Support" to unsubscribe.
BTW support is 48-72 hours for a response to just unsubscribe.
This service is already very expensive for what it is... steer clear.

Cancelling doesn't require emailing us: it takes a couple of clicks inside your account, and the Support widget there handles it as well - that's the same link our team sent you when you asked, and your subscription was cancelled right then. No further charges, and full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
On the value side, here's what the account did over those months: hundreds of applications submitted for you, dozens of employers coming back with follow-up questions, and a run of interview invitations on top of that - all of it visible in your dashboard, along with a handful of items still waiting for a quick answer from you. That's months of manual applying, done in the background.

Quick tip while you're early on: you've got a stack of items waiting in Action Required and one employer asking for extra info - those are the closest to turning into interviews, so they're worth a few minutes today. Good luck with the search!
