Clear, professional and well-designed interview experience
I found the interview process smooth and well structured, and the platform was easy to use with clear instructions throughout. The questions felt thoughtful and relevant, striking a good balance between assessing industry awareness and understanding motivation and personality. It felt like a fair and well-designed way to present myself, and overall, the experience reflected a professional and organised process. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to follow up with the checks on video quality - considering there were minor techincal difficulties that I encountered where my video screen would shut off mid interview, but overall it was a very positive experience.
