JobTestPrep.co.uk Avis

Warning – SCAM ALERT
Avoid buying from this company. They do not provide real job training or mock tests, despite what they advertise. The package I received could be completed in less than 15 minutes, yet it cost me over £75 – completely unreasonable for the value.

I contacted their customer support to raise concerns, and they told me to wait for a month. In the end, they closed my enquiry ticket without offering any explanation or solution. I didn’t even ask for a refund – I just wanted support, which they failed to provide. Very disappointing experience.

I had a great experience dealing with Sharon from the JobTestPrep team. She was quick to respond, kind, and extremely helpful in resolving my issue. She made the refund process easy and straightforward, and her communication was clear and professional throughout. Really appreciated her support — fantastic customer service!

I'm very unsatisfied with their service. The website tends to lock you out for hours at a time, making it impossible to practice when you want. I've tried accessing it on multiple devices with the same result. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience and a waste of money.

Great customer service! They responded incredibly quickly and were very helpful throughout.

Good service & test preparation for online job testing for a decent price.

Took the ATSA for air traffic control, the content of the practice exam was nearly identical to the real exam, albeit in a slightly different layout. It helped me prepare for the exam, and I received a best qualified score followed by a TOL.

Bought their mercer mettl test pack, am fairly surprised! the questions are slightly harder than the actual test but they are accurately in the same style and type. The price is steep but considering it'll help you get a job at a major company while giving you an awesome product is totally justifiable! ill buy it in a heartbeat if i get another test

I have used JobTestPrep’s wide range of tests to prepare for online assessments (from SHL Questionnaire to Abstract Reasoning tests) and I can only recommend it. The simulation tests, accompanying guides and step-by-step explanations provided have enabled me to prepare efficiently for the real tests, supported by a 24/7 excellent, fast and reliable customer care.

Def helped me be more prepared for the assessment. Would recommend

The SHL Practice Tests were so helpful as it helped me to did a great at SHL psychometric tests. The practice teach you a specific techniques and approach to solve the question timely as the time is hardest part at psychometric tests. A explicit answer with a tips to solve each level of questions were provided which is an eye opener to anyone who’s eager to be a leader .

Good content and very helpful support team! Really prompt and effective responses!

Great material; gets you in the zone

If preparing for SHL test this one is definitely best, very accurate practice tests, lots of them aswell and good explanation and techniques.

You don't want to compete against applicants who have practiced the test you are going to take multiple times. Honestly one of the best test practicing websites. Doubled my score in some cognitive tests.

I ordered the Clio Finance Test Package off Job Test Prep.
I could not access it at all, very buggy website redirecting me to the same page every time and absolutely useless customer service not responding to a single query.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS USELSS COMPANY

For SHL tests - Thorough material - many practice tests, Videos, Tutorials. Definitely makes a difference to be prepared and practice before job test assessments, as these are competitive. Would definitely recommend taking atleast a week or before of your tests. This gives enough time to ace the tests.

I´ve used them to prepare multiple tests for positions in different companies.
Pros: their tests are great for preparation. Very useful.
Cons: their IT and website is beyond awful. I keep getting locked out of my account, over & over.

I purchased the this preparation test since the day after I would attend the real test, and the preparation it gave me was really accurate compared to the real test!
The instructions and the time given at the beginning of each exercise are really accurate. The best thing is that if you prepare yourself you'll be less anxious while taking the real test.
