Awesome customer service experience today. Had a problem with the payment (debit-credit cards) and then with PayPal, and Sharon resolved it perfectly and very quickly!
5/5 excellent experience, thank you again!

All prep packs are accurate simulation of the actual tests especially the cut-e/aon, PI behavioural and SHL tests. Customer service is always speedy and all queries resolved in less than 30minutes.

Didn’t even use their program for my test… The UX is so out dated… Complete waste of money, glad I only took it for a week…

Emailed about a difficulty and received a reply within 2 minutes! Great customer service

Very helpful preparation set, fitting the real test perfectly and thus enabling meaningful preparation. Content supported with detailed explanations of individual items, thus facilitating learning.Thank you!

I found it really helpful and the team are very supportive. I had a short-time to prepare for this and it is extremely thorough and gives many opportunities to test and retest until you get better. I highly recommend it.

I have ordered some packages to prepare for my interview. I found that these are not the tests I am going to have. I had described what it will be expected on my interview and the same day my package was adjusted and totally tailored to my needs. Great customer service! The tests are really useful and tutorials are great!!!! Thank you!!!!

It has been really worth expanding my skill set by completing the job tests : as practice helps improve results each time.

A really amazing company, great product & excellent customer service, even on a bank holiday. !

It actually helps! Was so much more prepared for SHL assessment.

The actual test for Klarna was very close the the practice tests. I was able to improve my normalized score from 3 in the first practice test to 7 in the third test; and got 14/18 in the actual test. It's a perfect practice test if you're a beginnger. There is a study guide and three tests along with explanations.

I used Jobtest prep to help me prepare for Aon tests for a government job. The tests were the most similar that I could find to the real deal. It was worth every penny and no doubt helped me to at least double my score in the real test. The customer service was the best I could ask for, they replied quickly and helped me out on a couple of occasions when I had questions.

Bought the prep package today and has issues with getting it to work on my laptop. But got it working on another one and the tests seem helpful practise

JobTestPrep is absolutely the best program to prepare and pass your aptitude test. You’ll find everything you need to brush up your algebra and reading skills. Super useful exercises and user-friendly interface plus 24/7 amazing costumer support. I Highly recommend this course!

I received very good support from this company. I totally recommend it for preparing kids to admission test. In addition, I got extra services more than my package.
Thank you all.
Thanks Sharon

The package includes similar questions I found in the actual assessment and prepared me to succeed. Also @Sharon was always there to support me and answered me very quickly.Thank you for your help. I highly recommend this premium package!!!

Extremely helpful - I bought online practice test and passed the Solution Architect assessment.

I've purchased AWS online assessment from Jobtestprep and am super happy with the quality of the content and prompt customer service.

The questions look quite similar to what I have seen in real tests. 100% recommended.

I signed up and paid for a prep service but was unable to access the content for some reason. I requested a refund and it was issued immediately and without dispute.
