I have not taken my test yet but this course has really helped and boosted my confidence it covers so much and more and i feel really prepared. The scoring system i dont really understand but 1-10 i feel like you can determine if its a good score. If you use testgenuis for your 911 dispatch test i would highly recommend the course its so worth the money.

JobTestPrep’s FBI Test Practice
JobTestPrep’s FBI Test Practice – Phase 1 was easy to navigate and straightforward to use. The platform is organized in a way that makes it simple to find the sections you need, and the answer explanations are clear—not confusing—so it’s easy to understand why an option is correct and learn from mistakes.
Overall, it genuinely helped me build confidence and get more comfortable with the test format. Because I found it useful, I went ahead and purchased the newer, updated version as well so I can continue strengthening my skills for my future exam.

The CPS practice was helpful
The CPS practice was helpful, the practice tests had challenging and large ranges of practice material, the learning modules went into depth about problem solving, and the prep work definitely prepared me for my written.

Whenever I had a problem related to how to use the product or a technical issue, such as an exam not downloading correctly, they responded promptly and always resolved my problem properly. They even extended my prepack for three days.

Great resources to train for Verify G+…
Great resources to train for Verify G+ tests. It is the second time I use it and I got a very good score during the official test once again (97th percentile first time and 99th this time).

Generally impressive
Generally an impressive and value-for-money resource (Public Health QBank). The RANRA element has a few errors but it's useful and quite close to the real test (the simulation was actually significantly harder). The Watson Glaser was remarkably true to life, even if some of the answer logic is contentious.
Hard to speak to the SJT element; useful questions, answers highly subjective! Overall well worth the money.
