Extremely disappointed!!
Ordered and paid additional fee for guaranteed next day delivery. Item arrived 3 days later and sent messages all of which were ignored. Item leaking on delivery and given the lack of customer support to previous messages I've given up with this company completely. Never again will I buy from such a poor company which refutes to respond to messages sent and sends poor quality product. Let alone over charges for postage costs!!!.

Your review deserves a response, which I’ll start in a way which might seem surprising, as I want to thank you.
There are many challenges that come with running a new, growing business, but one of the most important is to learn from mistakes that are made and improve – so that happy customers receive better and better service and so that we try to avoid disappointing customers who’s expectations we failed to meet.
While we clearly failed to meet your expectations, you took the time to let us know how that had happened, and rather than make excuses about mail strikes or suppliers who let us down, we’ll take your review right on the chin- as that’s how we will recognise what we did wrong, and identify why it happened so that we can avoid making the same mistake again.
We understand that we won’t get the chance to do better next time with you, which we understand. As the saying goes “actions have consequences” and we’re sorry that in this case the consequence was losing the chance to have you as a repeat customer. But for other new and repeat customers, we will take what this experience has allowed us to learn and serve them better as a result.
So again, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience, which we can assure you we have paid attention to. We firmly believe that in situations like this words of criticism can be as important as words of praise, so we must pay attention to both.

Highly recommend.
I had a very convenient shopping experience with this site. A good selection of products to choose from with prompt delivery & very responsive customer service.
I was particularly impressed with the selection of European poppers that they carry - some of which, are brands I haven’t seen on other sites.
Would highly recommend this site and I plan on purchasing from them again in the future.

These guys have the best poppers, without doubt, in the UK! Cant believe I have only just found this website now! Ordered, early in the week, two bottles of 'Jungle Juice' two 'Spunk' and two 'Fetish' poppers hoping they would come by the weekend and to my surprise they arrived next day!
Great service and have already put my second order in this evening!

Wish the process went smoothly
Ordered 10 days ago had confirmation of order. Messaged them to see where my order is but heard nothing. So the company have just reached out to me and it turns out there was a problem processing the payment on my card so the order was cancelled but I never got the email to say that. They apologise for that so I cannot fault their response in this case. I just wish they had responded to my first query.

Thanks so much for your feedback. We have had an issue with 15ml Pentyl bottles which we have taken off sale. If you email us which it was we will replace with a larger bottle free of charge. So sorry for this

Pretty poor overall. First time I’d used theses, paid £5 for the 24 hour delivery option, turned up on the 4th working day after ordering. Emailed them, they don’t reply to you. When they were finally delivered one bottle was leaking and nothing left in it and was all over the others. Won’t be using again

Regarding the late delivery, we hold our hands up and sincerely apologies. This was a simple processing oversight that shouldn't have effected you.
Regarding the spilt bottle. Im so sorry about this. We actually have had a couple of other people mention similar and after a brief inspection it appears to be a batch issue and we are returning them to the manufacturer
What we have done is refunded you for the postage and the spilt bottle. We've also posted you 4 x24ml (larger than previous bottles similar to your order
I really hope you'll consider using us again in the future and that this situation hasn't left to sour of a taste in your mouth
