Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. Another cruise booked
Ive booked several holidays , and just booked my 3rd cruise through Joe and his team, and I honestly cannot believe why anyone would want do it any other way. He has always beat or matched direct prices, but I have the added bonus of him always being at the end of a phone to address any queries, no hanging on in a queue or being given the runaround. Always friendly, and knowledgeable, the perfect service!

Abrupt Customer Service
I always seek a second opinion on booking my holidays so as I've booked before with Joe Biggs and always loved their attitude decided to give them a chance to either beat a quote or match it as advertised.
I text them via WhatsApp but after booking with hays travel and told them this information i received a cheeky reply insinuating I was not a genuine customer and a quick goodbye was offered .
I replied back after finding this reply very insulting and abruptly administered but received no reply 😕
My past business has been nothing but great 5☆ but now 1☆ NOT A HAPPY GENUINE CUSTOMER.

We’re comfortable with our decision and feel it’s important to provide some context. While you have booked with us in the past, there have been no recent bookings for quite some time. Instead, we’ve received repeated enquiries and quotation requests over a prolonged period, with bookings then consistently being made elsewhere.
As a small independent business, we must prioritise our time and service for clients who choose to book and travel with us. We are always happy to help genuine customers, but an ongoing pattern of enquiries without any intention to proceed is not sustainable for us.
We also expect communication to remain polite and respectful at all times. We will not tolerate sarcasm, abrupt or dismissive messages. Unfortunately, the tone of recent correspondence fell below the standard we consider acceptable, and we therefore made the decision to step back from further communication.
For anyone reading this review, we would gently direct you to the thousands of positive reviews and repeat clients who continue to trust us with their holidays year after year — something we are incredibly proud of and grateful for.
We stand by our decision and wish you all the best with your future travel arrangements.

Fuerteventura holiday
Just back from a week in Fuerteventura organised by Joe and Co. Joe was so helpful in organising our holiday even checked us in for flights as soon as check in opened online. On arrival at our hotel we found a lovely welcome note from Joe along with complimentary drinks in our room. This was a lovely unexpected gesture. Joe kept in touch with us right through to end of our holiday. Great communication and service from start to finish. Would highly recommend 👌

Excellent city break to Budapest
Booked with Joe Dec 2024 for Dec 2025 weekend break with just me at the hubby to Budapest. Fantastic holiday and booking experience. Joe was extremely patient with my ever changing plans and uncertainly. Would recommend booking with him to anyone, so much so have booked another city break to Iceland for this winter ❤️

As always, the service has been excellent and they were incredibly patient throughout the booking process. Dont book direct!!!!…
Can't remember how many holidays I've booked through Joe and team , but the service is excellent every time. Olivia helped me this time, and once again it was done quickly and easily. The main reason everyone should book through Joe is if you have a question or query or problem, theres no trying to get through to travel companies, just a quick message and these guys are on it. If they can sort it for you , they will do it quickly, if its out of their hands, their advice and helpfulness is invaluable. I honestly don't understand why everyone doesn't use an agent! I would never book direct again. Thanks guys for your help with our recent issues. Your advice helped me hugely during an already traumatic time ❤️

Highly Recommend
I came across this small business on Facebook and, I’ll be honest, I was a bit dubious at first with so many scammers around these days. After doing a bit of research, I reached out through WhatsApp to make some enquiries. Becca and the team replied incredibly quickly, were so efficient, and genuinely helpful from the very start.
Not only did they answer all my questions, but they also managed to beat the price I’d found online — which I was absolutely thrilled about. The whole process was made so easy, and they took all the stress out of booking a holiday.
