Joeboots Avis 

I debated on ordering from this site and in their defense I didn’t review in great detail the return policy. I ordered the boot and belt combo and never received the belt with no adjustment on price. I didn’t try the boots immediately as I bought them for an event in my normal size. The boots were so pretty and good quality but run very narrow.
I requested a refund after the 15 days that I wasn’t aware of till requesting a refund. I was advised that I could return but I would have to pay the return fee and a restocking fee. I took the boots to UPS and advised it would be $78 in shipping. I was astonished at the price and I was already upset about paying for the return.
I would say the boots are lovely except for running a bit small but the policies are horrible. I ordered from other shoe companies and have never paid for a return. Ordered 5/17, received 5/22 and requested refund 6/4.

I ordered boots from Joeboots.com on August 3rd. After no confirmation, I reached out and received an order number on August 8th—but still no tracking info. I called on August 9th and followed up again, but received no response.

I’ve filed a PayPal dispute and am warning others to be cautious. A legitimate business should provide timely updates and transparent communication. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
