I recently used and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. Ryan was especially great, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. He took the time to answer questions, made everything feel straightforward, and provided excellent customer service. A genuinely positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

At the shop, staff was very helpful as we asked many questions. The delivery was super rapid and the delivery man was really helpful too. Hence, really good experience. We had bought a washing machine few months ago from same shop and were just as pleased then.

What a fabulous service from Joe Graham, I am so pleased . I ordered a new oven yesterday which was extremely competitive on price, the team were also incredibly helpful. Delivery and fitting on time friendly and efficient

We visited the showroom last Friday to find a replacement dishwasher and we were met by Joseph who explained the merits of each model.
We selected the machine and it was delivered and fitted the next day.
The service received from all concerned was exemplary!

Not only was Chris extremely helpful in the showroom and explained everything well, differences in technology between tumble dryers and fridges, the two gentlemen (Benjamin and Ryan) were brilliant, called ahead, arrived bang on schedule and operated with great customer service and a sprinkling of comedy too!
