Very disappointed with my order that I…
Very disappointed with my order that I received today. I was so looking forward to tasting them . The mini tatties and the violet creams were inedible. Violet creams were very perfumed and the mini tatties were too strongly tasting of cinnamon. The rhubarb rock looked like rhubarb rock but tasted nothing like the rock I remembered from school days. Just very sweet and tasteless as was the ginger rock. So much sugar content but no flavours resembling rhubarb or the ginger. Sorry to say but everything went in the bin. I so wanted my choice of sweeties to be good.

Hi Connor, we dont manufacture the sweets unfortunately and I will try my best to address the tastes;
The violet creams would have a scented taste to them due to the violet flavour and uniqueness of the item.
The lucky tatties are indeed cinnamon flavour.
The rhubarb rock may be a different varient than ones you have previously tatsed as many different manufacturers make Rhubarb Rock however we have sold thousands and never had any issues.
The items mentioned above are all correct regarding taste.

Kinder box ordered looked filled to the brim with delightful kinder chocolate ( in photo) & with express delivery costing £3.99 i shall have my box of joy within 2 days….
Well finally after 9 days I received my item ( better late than never) & how disappointed was I , at a guess the total value of kinder chocolate is probably £6 the box was pitiful… the only explanation would be that the post office also fancied my chocolate & ate half of the contents …
The photos used by Joe’s sweetie barn are misleading & does not include a list of items …. One very disappointed customer

Hi Mark, we did reply to your email, to say that some items had been missed out by accident, however even with that the cost of the items you received are more than £6 expresses by yourself. We have replied to your email to rectify this. The postage chosen is a price set by Royal Mail which we have no control over. We do however apologies for the delay in transit.
Recieved Refund
Haven't gotten around to trying the sweets yet, but first impression is a bit iffy. Opened the box to find 2 of my items weren't/couldn't be fulfilled, and therefore were "refunded" as written on the reciept that came in the box. Edit: I previously stated I would change my review if the promised refund went through, which it has. I will be leaving it at 4 stars though, as 2 missing products is a bit poor and from the sweets I've had so far, I haven't really found them that great. Not terrible but not great. Just basic sweets really.

Hi Danielle, it takes a few days as refunds get processed when items are confirmed as delivered - once your parcel is delivered the refund should be processed within 2 working days (not including weekends) - you will receive an email with conformation very soon.

White chocolate is amazing from here
I ordered 2 of the whoops type sweets at 2.99 I think it was. They were packed well and tasted nice .I then went back ordered white choclate sleeve oI did message was told all be dispatched earlier last week but never went day they said but waiting times were quick once dispatched and also rm can be slow too not companies fault. Sweets were a descent size and tasted great compared to another company I also tried . I would use Joe's again it's been yrs scince I had old sweets thanks joe also was well packaged.
Choclate ones im still waiting on nearly 1 week on but was a bank holiday on ordering rm slow.
Choclate one arrived today and it's lovely chocolate old fashioned type so will order again.

Only placed order with them because the delivery dates where in time for when I needed them but items were not even dispatched until the delivery date range . Sent email to ask if they would be delivered in time and was told that they would but took an extra day again for them to be dispatched so not gona be here by the delivery date promised. Be careful if buying as gifts or for a occasion as they hugely exaggerate delivery times
