Lack of customer support
I have purchased a selection of sweets for £75, it was said to be delivered on 30th Dec 2023 did not receive them. So I spoke to royal mail they accepted fault and said the trader needs to make claim but unfortunately joe's customer service say its me and royal mail dispute. I have still no money back after 60days. I would strongly use a different company because this one does not care about anyone but its self

Again you forget to tell people about your terms and conditions if a customer does not receive goods then they are entitled to full refund. So the contract between you and royal mail is your issue. The issue I have is that I have no produce and no refund , so you tell me where that is good customer service ?

Hi Stephen, You have left a tiny part of the story here yet again so WE WILL ELABORATE WITH FACTS. YOU DIDN’T COMPLETE YOUR ADDRESS CORRECTLY on checkout, therefore Royal Mail delivered it to someone in your street, WE have continually chased up Royal Mail to have a claim processed on your behalf as you didn’t input your address correctly, we have on numerous occasions told you and provided you with the responses from Royal Mail showing you the claim hasn’t been processed ON THEIR PART, we have no control over this. We have spent months WITH PROOF chasing up Royal Mail on your behalf, causing us numerous hours in work on a mistake you made. You are well aware of the situation that has been on going and the reason for it, we won’t be harassed into refunding an order that was delivered but not to yourself because you put in the wrong information at checkout. You will be refunded as mentioned numerous times when Royal Mail complete the claim if ruled in your favour as it was a mistake made by yourself.
We have been more than helpful with this but you continue to harass us, leaving negative comments wherever you can and missing out key points so that we refund you money on a mistake made by yourself.

I bought the American Candy Box & a rrp £50 Mystery box in the out of date section.
I'm really pleased with the selection & the amount you get for your money.
I can't wait to try everything.
Delivery was also within the time frame given.

Fudge was a waste of money
Fast delivery, but item was inedible. Bought a few different flavours of fudge for my grandad for Christmas, but he couldn’t eat it as it was rock hard. I bought about 5 different flavours and had the same problem with all of them. I even found it difficult to cut it with a knife! Had to throw away

Happy with service
I found them to be very quick at answering email enquiries. The Freeze dried sweets I got an email to say they were ready to be picked up on the date that was stated as the pre order date. The store is well stocked and I have made another order.

My daughter made a order on the 15th…
My daughter made a order on the 15th for freeze dried sweets there was no mention at the time of order that these sweets take an extra 3 to 4 days to be dispatched was told on Tuesday these items have left store but still no sign of tracking update on RM tracking
Don’t waste your time ordering
Day 9 still no show

Hi Helen, as mentioned multiple times via email aswell as multiple screenshot of the product description regarding your order and that it would take longer than normal due to it being freeze dried.
These items were shown as taking an extra 3-4 working days due to it being the busiest time of year as well as the manufacturing process for these items taking upto 24 hours.
All orders excluding freeze dried take between 2-4 working days however freeze dried do take longer and we advise this within the product description which we explained to you via email many of times.
