Over 4 weeks and still nothing !
I ordered x2 sleeves on 26th September and am.still waiting delivery.
Ive receives no response toy latest mail on 16th October.
The customer service is truely aweful.
When will the products i have paid for be received ?

Absolutely shocking customer service…
Update: following the reply from JOGA Starz below, I’ve emailed again about the issue and will add any further update if it ever arrives. They appear to able to reply to public review posts but not to private emails.
Original review: Absolutely shocking customer service and products. My daughter used one of the recovery sleeves once and as she was pulling it up, a hole appeared in the outer material, revealing the gel inside. I emailed them about this on 12th October and still have no reply to resolve the situation. I did have an email asking for me to rate their customer service, which I replied to stating that I could not rate their customer service given I had received none. I did have a response to that asking for my order number (which was already in the subject line of the email), but all quiet since. I have chased again today, but enough is enough and I needed to leave a review.

Hi Liz, I'm sorry, a hole appearing in the recovery sleeve after one use isn't the standard we want, and going two weeks without a proper reply is on us. Please email hello@shopjoga.com with your order number and a photo of the sleeve, and we'll get this sorted for you. We'll make sure someone picks it up straight away.
Awful customer service!
So you reply to my review straight away, asking me to contact you. I email you straight away LAST MONDAY and still no contact or my refund! The customer service from this company is horrendous

Item did not arrive
Item did not arrive, joga did nothing to help resolve it so am nearly £40 out of pocket and did not send a new one as they said delivery was made even tho photo and location on delivery clearly shows wrong address. AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ROBBED

Shin pads and grip socks are of great quality. My son loves them and has multiple pairs. Customer services is also 5 star. Highly recommended.
