I super-helpful Jake

I have to write in and commend Jake who installed my hot tub last year.
He is so knowledgeable about the science behind getting the chemical balance right, as well as the actual operations of the hot tub.

He is friendly and unassuming, and always in hand to assist if something goes wrong.
He has recently helped me with issues with the Bluetooth and gecko app set up.

Just brilliant customer service- I wish everyone was like him!

Great Team and Hot Tub

Great product and the installation team were brilliant - Gareth, Harry P and Brogan did a super job, explaining all the controls, setting up the WiFi speaker, nothing was too much for them.

8 months & waiting … disgrace

Well my last review was December & we have finally had a heat pump fitted !
We still have the wrong tub !
We still have not received our Pergola sides !
Even though we had an e-mail on 18 March saying they would be in the following week & now still not heard anything.
For a purchase from August last year & we still not received our goods is appalling & we feel really let down & cheated. All we want is what we ordered & paid for & we are still waiting.

This is what the website states !

I am sad to say we have not received such after sales service - it’s like they got a sale & moved on & not following up punishing us for complaining. That’s how I honestly feel.

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear how frustrated and let down you feel, and we completely understand your concerns given the time this has taken.

Having reviewed your case, the issue with the hot tub is due to a manufacturer error, where the incorrect acrylic colour was supplied despite being labelled correctly. While this was outside of our control, we sincerely apologise for the impact this has had.

Our team has been working closely with the manufacturer to reach a resolution. A revised offer has now been sent to you, and we would really welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you directly to find a solution you’re happy with.

Regarding the pergola side shades, these were unfortunately out of stock at the time of installation, which caused the delay. We apologise that this wasn’t communicated clearly. We did try to contact you today to discuss this but were unable to reach you, so we have sent an email with a provisional fitting date of 13th April.

We are committed to resolving this for you as quickly as possible, so please do get in touch with our team.

First Class Installation

Gareth & Harry P. spent yesterday afternoon installing my new hot tub and nothing was too much trouble. A great credit to their company and a first class installation. Software needed a tweak after installation today and they came back and sorted it within 2 minutes. Can't thank them enough along with Antony for his support through the purchase and installation stage.

5-star customer service from start to finish

What a great company - 5-star customer service from start to finish!
They are friendly, professional, and clearly know what they were doing. Antony in the aftercare team provided fantastic communication from start to finish keeping me updated, and Dan and Gary who came out to repair the hot tub were amazing. They explained the issue in plain terms, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. So nice to work with a company that’s honest and dependable. Highly recommend them. Fantastic communication and quality work.

Shambolic

where do I start.. The good , the bad or the ugly truth..
The good - The electrician and delivery and installation by Harry & Jo was all fantastic superb team.
When we ordered the tub, decking & pergola with pull down sides in August we were told 6-8 weeks.
When we had not heard anything more after this time we chased up where we purchased (Woodcote) and were told it would be December.
Again December came and we had not heard anything. Chased up in person as I was at the Garden Centre. A few days later Bingo ! very happy install would be 18 & 19 December.
Short lived as on the Saturday before the install was asked for another payment of just shy of £900 due to an error made with the finance to do with the decking. On top of Xmas this was not ideal and we were very annoyed that this had taken them such a long time to address and right on top of our install. Further to which we were told that our decking could not be installed unless this payment was made ! We paid all monies and deposits we were asked for at the time of sale so this was not welcome. However we paid up - after all we had booked days off work for our instal.
As I want to reiterate the fitters were great I cannot fault them. They informed me when they were about to fit our instep heat pump, that the tub was the wrong one it was one down in spec to what was on the paperwork and the heat pump could not be fitted to this tub. It was also the wrong colour it was Ice White instead of Sterling Silver. They informed us that they had contacted their boss and the correct tub will be swapped out sometime after Xmas and that the customer service team would be in touch. So we have the wrong hot tub and also the Pergola sides were not sent either so they also have to be fitted - they had one but not with the fittings.
We have not had any courtesy calls or follow up since the install of the wrong tub and incomplete order.
I think that as far as customer service and aftersales go the company has not acted in our interests I always led to believe that customer is King and should be treated as such especially if you have spent almost £17,000 on products & labour and laid out almost £7000 in deposits. A complete and utter fast I will never recommend this company.

Danielle was very helpful throughout the installation process of our sauna and hot tub. When a few issues came up, she handled them quickly and efficiently.

My partner and I visited and purchased a hot tub last year. Spoke to Marc who was fantastic and always on hand now to give advice on how to maintain the tub , free expert advice on the other end of a phone, fantastic service

Visited woodcote showroom as thinking…

Visited woodcote showroom as thinking of purchasing a sauna. Mark who was on site was managing the site was very knowledgeable and expertly explained the differences and benefits of the infrared sauna available. Friendly manner, highly recommend

We have just had our hot tub delivered from Johnsons wellness and we love it!
The service we received from The Thurrock branch was exceptional from Henry Michelle Natalie & Polly.
