The bras are junk. And the customer service is horrible. I bought a bra for $105 the day I received it I asked for return instructions. The only way to communicate with them is via email. I never got returned instructions. I asked for them several times over the next few weeks. Finally, I disputed my credit card and I was credited the amount. I threw out the bra because it was such junk. Then the company produced fraudulent information to the credit card company that they in fact have provided me return instructions. They are not located in US. There’s no way to phone them. They only operate through email do not order from this company, junk, junk, junk, and their dishonest.

When your spending over $100 on a sheer bra that'd already a stretch but now I dont know if they even got my order, they definitely took my money... ill update if I ever receive it but at this point ill have to buy another bra to get me by.

The only thing that saves them from a 1-star review is that they did, in fact, process a refund and cancel my order. That said, communication and service is lacking, as is, it appears their ability to manage inventory. Ordered on 6/07 with expected delivery on 6/23. 6/22 showed my order as still unfulfilled. I sent an email to inquire on status, to learn 2 days later in response that they are out of stock. I requested cancellation of my order, via text (their suggested mode of communication). I also tried to call as customer service is “open” 6AM - 6PM EST. At 8:30 AM, I was greeted with a VM informing me they are not open until tomorrow. 5 minutes later, I received a message from my Shop app that my order had been canceled and a refund issued. So….maybe I dodged a bullet here. Sad, as the product looked good, but I’ll never know.
Nonsensical Company - EBY
I ordered bras on 6/8 with a promise of delivery according to correspondence of 6/24. Today is 6/24/26 and supposedly they are preparing them to ship. Really? They are based in NY. How long could it take to ship these products. I don't care how much I like these bras, I will never ever order from this company again. This is ridiculous!

No response to emails or texts about a lost order
A bra I ordered was lost in transit - after a long delay in shipping it - Eby did not respond to texts, communication directly through their web site or emails asking them to re-ship so I was forced to initiate a charge back through my credit card company.
Zero customer service, zero communication - do not trust this company!!!
Placed an order 3 weeks ago
Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Still waiting. Emailed 2 weeks in asking for an update on my order, finally received a reply that one of the items was sold out and to reply with another choice. The item is still available on the website but ok, I reply with a 2nd choice. I finally get a reply a week after that that something else in my order is now out of stock. WTF is this company? I’ve send several emails, 9/10 go unanswered and no sign of anything being shipped.

My order kept getting delayed. After 3 weeks it arrived. The bra was HUGE. The straps, which are not adjustable, were at least 6 inches too long--- as in, the band was located around the bottom of my ribcage. The bra was beautiful. I realized it is a bralette, but there was literally ZERO support. Then it was hell trying to figure out how to return it, which was easy, but they charged me over $14 to return an $87 order! On top of that, they wouldn't let me write a review. Maybe you only get that opportunity if you don't return your purchase. Terrible company. A definite skip for me.

Do not buy from this company! I bought 4 bras and when I tried to return them I was offered $70/1 bra price and told it was Bogo thing! Nothing totaling what I spent! I know my bra size and I got that size. I’m a 34 D. I have no issues w/ other companies. No underwire left a gap in the front of the bra & the back design gave me back fat! I don’t have back fat but their product, t-shirt bra did. So bad!! Then I tried to return the crappy product only to be given the price of 1 bra or a store credit. Excuse me but I work hard for my money why should this company keep my money??? Take back your cruddy product! I’ll never buy from a company that steals money!!!

Measured exactly as shown on site. Bra too tight. paid for free returns. Then found out nope, only if exchanged. ordered a new bra larger size. had to pay for shipping again. Bra itself is at best, Ok. Customer service is horrible. Reached out several times and no response. Never again will I do business with this company.
Bras are fine but return
Bras are fine but return, shopping and customer service is terrible. I placed an order and then when went back to look at it, it was not there. Thinking I might not have completed the order, I ordered again. Then when I went back to check, both orders were there! I emailed customer service and asked them to cancel the second order. NO RESPONSE. Received both orders. Want to return for refund, but their return portal does not work. Once again, I should have looked here before ordering, apparently other people have had the same experience.
These intimates feel like plastic
These intimates feel like plastic. They don’t feel like they are worth the price. They don’t look at all like what you see on the models and they are NOT soft. If you are US size medium their mediums will likely fit you semi snug. The bras are scratchy, and you need pasties unless you purposely want it to be sheer and sexy. Depending on what you are going for. The bras feel like wearing burlap. I would suggest you take a pass on these so you’re not disappointed.
LIke the bras but shipping atrocious
I like the bras and the sheer versions are very comfy and sexy. However, they need to focus on improvement in their shipping process. Takes way too much time to get your ordered items and the tracking is a waste of time to use. Not sure I will purchase again. Still waiting on second order placed on 05-10.
Terrible customer service
Shipment showed up timely but the return experience is awful. The return processing fees and lack of communication. Customer service is non-existent. Do not recommend. If you want a wireless bra try Soma, I love theirs.

After seeing my product out of stock, it came in stock according to the website.... now waiting three weeks and still not shipped.

I have been a returning customer. I enjoy the bras + comfort. Placed an order on April 22,2026 - PIF. Received notification that I would have my order on or before May 7, 2026. Well that ship sailed and still nothing - checked on the site now saying unfulfilled. I sent an email to customer service. Could they at the very least reached out to me and given an explanation - and follow up with a refund?

I really wanted this company to work out. The advertising and branding pulled me in, and I ended up spending nearly $500 on products for my wife.
Unfortunately, it’s now been over 2 months and nothing has been delivered. Even worse, I’ve received zero meaningful communication from customer service despite repeated weekly emails, phone calls, and texts trying to get an update.
At this point, the issue isn’t just delayed shipping — it’s the complete lack of accountability or customer support afterward. Extremely disappointing experience and not one I can recommend to others.

Material is rubbery. So disappointed!!
And they charged me 18$ to send the items back. Never purchase again. I would have tried a different product if the policy was different.
