The 8020 Investor Academy is an online group coaching program for real estate investing companies. It's designed to help investor entrepreneurs create systems and processes to build out a team-based business that runs independent of their time. With over 35 hours of training, it provides the tools and templates to hire, set goals, manage time, and run a systemized operation that can scale without bottlenecks. The community works to hold each other accountable and provide relevant, prescriptive advice through weekly calls, guest expert trainings, and an active online forum. It's founded by Dan Schwartz, the co-founder of real estate software company InvestorFuse.

From one deal to fifty in 9 months!!!
Dan and his team helped us scale from one deal to fifty deals in 9 months. We came to him after our first deal closed and told him we wanted to be the number one wholesaler in the country. Instead of telling us we were crazy, he started helping us build the systems to achieve our goal. With his mentorship, we scaled from a group of friends, to a company with double digit team members. Excellent Mastermind/Academy for Real Estate Investors
This academy has helped me think about my business in a whole different way and helped me with systemizing key elements of my business. It covers almost everything in real estate from A to Z. Below are some things that I can quickly list with regards to how being a part of this academy has helped my business.
1. Intro to video recording software
2. Documenting SOPs
3. List Management
4. Brainstorming new ideas about recycling marketing. Talking with the other investors in the group helped me figure things out. I have to be honest and say that I still have a way to go to systemize my business but I will get there slowly but surely. It just takes time and effort and working through things.
Dan Schwartz, the CEO of the Academy, is the man!!

Hands Down The Best Program Out There
I have gained so much knowledge being a part of the 8020 Investor Academy. I had no idea where to start building my business and Dan and his team have given me the blueprint to build a successful business. Dan and his team have created a great little family inside the academy and I continue to learn and grow from everyone. If you don't know where to start with your business or you have a business but no structure then this is the place to go.
