So I ordered my pen on Tuesday, it’s now Friday and it’s still not marked as dispatched. My emails are going unanswered, live chat is off and it states the phone lines are open from 8am-10pm mon-Friday yet when I’ve called today at 4pm, the line states the office is closed. You have my money- where is my pen?!?!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a week ago. Package never arrived, the tracking shows its lost. No answer on emails except yo be told to wait longer. Eventually called up was told a replacement will be sent out heard nothing again. Just checked and they've taken more money from my card! Charging me for a replacement! Asked for a refund and to cancel the order. I wont hold my breath. Luckily i paid on CC so i can raise a claim. Seems very shady to me!

Would not recommend to anyone ordered over two weeks ago, then I emailed them seeing what’s taking so long they replied saying I needed to send a new photo even though my photo already got approved, I rang them after days of trying turns out I didn’t even need to send a new photo it’s just a back log on moujaro, even though my mate ordered 4 days after me and got it a few days later. Total joke

I was very happy with my first order,got free measuring tape and water bottle price was great etc.then after looking online I found it cheaper so cancelled my next order .soon as I cancelled I got an email saying why have I cancelled and sorry to see you go etc.then got a email saying my order had been prescribed even though I’d had no consultation or asked if the meds where ok for me or if I wanted to go up or down on my dose or if I’d got bad side effects and as it goes I’d would have gone up a dose instead of staying on the same dose another month.then got an email saying my order was on the way and would be with me the next day and iv still got a week left and one more jab to go, all this when I’d cancelled my order which it does state you can cancel anytime.i have also tried to get in touch with no avail .im at my wits end as the money as come out of my bank early even though id cancelled my prescription and its a lot of money .im very disappointed with this service and truly hope it can be resolved quickly and easily the reply below is absolute BS.they tried to blame me even though I’d cancelled as they never asked me about if I wanted to be going up a dose or down .PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE there not bothered about your health one bit just your money .im also going to report them to the highest authority STAY AS FAR AWAY FROMTHESE AS POSSIBLE

Ordering through Levity was very simple and easy, and the shipping was very quick. However, there was an issue with delivery, through Royal Mail’s fault not Levity. I reached out to their customer service team, and received very quick responses from Alex specifically, who arranged a replacement of my order and also a good will gesture for the delays. The service has been fantastic from a customer service side!

I would like to commend Levity for not only being price efficienct in the market but also going extra mile for their customers by adding small gifts like steel water bottle and a measuring tape.
These kind of gestures rarely get shown by companies now a days and Levity knows the seceret to customers heart and mind.
Inside the box there are statements written out for customers bucking them up and supportung their medical journey.
I would highly recommend Levity and will definitely be a returing customers.

Really super annoying with customer service
Delay in my order for 8 days
And i did arrange it before my travel was waiting dispatch
When i asked for dispatch they asked for check in again after me chasing them with emails which i did and afterwards delay for 8
days , then i expected a goodwill gesture and nothing
I thought i might be the regular delay and to found that i was not equally treated by them snd they did a more than goodwill gesture to couple of my friends with same circumstances and even order received after 6 days
I sent them email complaining that i was unequally treated and ignored to have unprofessional and unpleasant way of dealing with me as a customer
I felt disappointed, unhappy
And said that and they completely ignored me as they don’t care

My order was left in a corridor somewhere. I contacted Levity and still to this date over 10 days from placing my original order i have no product. Keep being told that they cant give me a date of when it will be sent but apparently have escalated it internally with no actual updates except to be told that they recently relocated and had a system update... WHY IS THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ISSUE? I wont be ordering again and i definitely wouldn't recommend the company.
