I needed an increase in dose & it was

There is a lac of guidance. I even called to talk to pharmacist and was told I would get a call back and never did. There was no instructions on how to use the medication. No instructions on how to use a syringe properly.
First shipment came 3 weeks early wasn’t I was out of town so it wasn’t refrigerated for 3 days. And Livv doesn’t respond very fast or at all when text messages with the doctors and they don’t answer the questions you ask making it seem like it’s all AI.
I would use someone else if I wasn’t already on the meds
