Without a doubt, the most horrific customer service experience you will have. They take the money immediately and delay sending the items, making excuses along the way. Really dishonest and poor service. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

With respect, we’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. After carefully reviewing your order details, we have identified the reasons for the delivery issue.

Your first parcel was addressed to:
Fairbrook Investments Ltd, 34 Leslie Road, N2 8BN

The replacement was sent to:
Fairbrook Investments Ltd, Ellington Road, N10 3DD

Unfortunately, no house name or number was included, and there was no visible business name at the property. Because of this, the courier was unable to locate the address and redirected the parcel to the nearest pickup shop.

We also noticed that the email address provided with the order did not match your contact details, which meant you may not have received the courier’s delivery notifications.

As a gesture of goodwill, we re-shipped your order, and when it was refused, we issued a full refund, even though the purchase was placed using a business address (which normally restricts returns under our policy).

We always strive to provide a smooth and reliable service, and we truly regret that this experience did not reflect our usual high standards.

Lastly, please note that JollyBrolly has proudly served the community for over a decade, building a reputation for honesty, reliability, and dedicated customer care.

Avoid these scammers like the plague

Ordered a large number of their umbrellas. The quality is extremely poor and they refused. They do not care about customer service, all they care about is making a quick buck. Avoid this company at all costs; they are scam artists who import cheap umbrellas from Bangladesh and rip off customers here in the UK.

Do not use this company EVER absolute…

Do not use this company EVER absolute disgrace. Purchased an umbrella as a gift which eventually turned up and the handle broke off on first use. Have been trying to contact them for months and getting nowhere just automated replies.

Nice umbrella, delivery ok, online ordering doesn't inspire confidence

Ordered online. Then read reviews on Trustpilot and panicked a bit. The website doesn't ask for an email. But I did eventually get a text message with a link to track the package (didn't work). Did get the package quite quickly. Packaging was a bit squashed - no padding inside to stop umbrella shaking about. Nice umbrella, haven't tested it yet. An email confirmation of order with order number would have been better....

2nd use and the handle fell off

2nd use and the handle fell off, no response on any form of contact despite their pledge to respond within 48 hours. Would not recommend them or their products.

Inside Out Umbrellas

Bought two black inside out umbrellas and neither stay up. I have emailed them a few times but no reply - very disappointed

Recommend to avoid

Ordered 25 umbrellas back in November, and am yet to receive them (late February). The company keeps coming up with excuses (from their website being hacked to having a very long backlog) and barely responds to any enquiries. Would recommend to avoid.

Awful awful quality

Awful awful quality. Absolute tat. This is the second year that I’ve had one of their brollys for Christmas. The first was destroyed by a mild gust of wind and the second transparent one arrived full of holes - looked like it had been melted. So do not waste your money. Basically a scam.

I would warn against anyone ordering…

I would warn against anyone ordering from this business. We ordered umbrellas for a work event but when they arrived they are really small and terrible quality. I requested a refund but they will not offer this, despite still in the original packaging, because they do not offer business refunds. Totally unjustifiable T&C which should be clearer at point of purchase and, in my opinion, is a very short-sighted way to do business.

Umbrella was damaged

Umbrella was damaged. I sent an email they refunded me the umbrella but not the postage and told me to re order. So if I want a non faulty umbrella I have to pay postage again?!

Scam company

Sent me a snapped and bent umbrella. Messaged them multiple times on Twitter and sent multiple emails to no response. The website says I have to pay to return items. How’s that fair when it was their fault? Do not use this scam of a company. I also left a review on their own website which they deleted. Pathetic.

I ordered a box of 10 umbrellas as a…

I ordered a box of 10 umbrellas as a contingency for our daughter's wedding. I missed the 14-day return period by 2 days (i.e. 16 days). The box remains unopened and the umbrellas brand new. There is a ridiculous 'buy-back' policy of £1 per umbrella, no common sense or flexibility applied - BEWARE!!
