Jolura advertisements are COMPLETELY FALSE!!! You do NOT receive item advertised AND you will NOT get a refund!!! I reported them to my banks fraud department!

The Prince crochet doll did not match what was advertised. Poor quality and workmanship for how much they charged per doll. Jolura refused to issue full refund but offered to refund 20% of the value of item. Their return policy is non existence. Definitely BUYERS BEWARE.

ORDERED 1-4-26. NO ITEMS. PANTS...NO RESPONSE. LIARS AND THIEVES!!!! STOP DO NOT BELIEVE THIS SCAM.

I got the item I ordered but it didn't resemble Prince except in general. Based on reviews, which I should have read first, I doubt they will do anything. I gave them 2 stars because I got my product and there was a very slight resemblance.

I have received a so called Indian blanket which is smaller than a throw and has blank spaces on it were it wasn't photocopied correctly. I know that there is no point seeking a refund as I think that this is the same company as Light in the box were I got a rubbish ladies coat and it cost me more money seeking a refund that never came

Buyer beware. I ordered the super cute recycled mason jar glass earrings and necklace as Christmas presents, but what I received was made of plastic and made poorly at that. Don’t buy from them, you won’t get what you think you’re ordering. They’re frauds.

Buyer be ware the blankets look nothing like the pictures. There supposed to be premium but a kid wouls would put it in a dumpster. This is a scam company. Look on gemini it tells you a 1.8 review thats pathetic. This is like as seen on tv junk exception the clapper it still sells and its from 1980's.

This company is worse than 1 star. The website is false advertising. The blankets everyone is stating below is nothing like the photo advertised. It looks on the website like a quilted quality blanket and after spending £70 that’s what I would expect but instead it’s a pathetic thin printed blanket. Half the print is missing and this company should not be allowed to sell items. Customer service is poor shocking in fact the won’t give me a refund and if I was to send the product back to god knows where they want to take a restocking fee (it is their literal job) Do not shop at this website the pathetic percentage they promised they would refund is still not back in my bank even though they are claiming it has. Avoid this place at all costs. You should not be allowed to trade

Please,never ever have a deal with this chinesian company. These people are ping ponging me between DHL and them already one month, I still didn't get a normal answer or solution and they can't or just dont want to give me a refund on that point. Save your time and nerves and use better Amazon or ebay, never ever trust your money to companies from China, these people do not know what word "service" means.
UPD: Somehow I resolved the Problem myself, and got the Item from DHL. Support from Jolura was SUPER unprofessinal and useless, you know as they say, if you want to do something good - do it yourself.
About the Item: ITS BAD. I can buy such sh...t for 5eu on Aliexpress, Paid 80 bucks instead. Typical scammy chinese company. Do not believe 5 star reviews, they bough them as they do on amazon. Please, take care!

Bought an embossed (looked like it on the website) blanket.What arrived was a piece of s**t.

Den "Elephant Blanket" som man ser på Joluras foton är helt klart sydd av många olikfärgade tygbitar med stoppning, som ger en snygg 3D-effekt. Det Du får är en tunn flees-filt med samma motiv i ett dåligt färgtryck, alltså en helt annan och mycket sämre produkt, värd bara en bråkdel av priset. Varning för detta bedrägeri!

These blankets are amazing! I bought them as Christmas gifts for my kids, and they loved them. Great quality and so cozy!

This blanket arrived quickly and is even nicer than I expected. This was an idea gift and couldn't resist.

Bought the Dragon on books fleece blanket. Picture on website looks like it's 3D sewn pieces of fabric. Looks awesome. And I'm sure the original piece that was done was awesome. But what your gonna get is flat digital printing of that image on a cheap fleece blanket. So misleading and wrong. Not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund. Total garbage. Will never buy from this company again, or from any pop up ads on you tube or anywhere else. So disgusted.

Absolutely awful - I ordered two cat fleeces which in their advertising look 3D and terrific. In reality they are cheap material and not ANYTHING like the picture - Completely contravene the Trades Description Act. I will be contacting PayPal to make them aware of this Company. Wish I had used Trustpilot before I had ordered. A SCAM and Fraudulent advertising.

I was concerned one of my products was defective. Used the Contact Us page and emailed them. They responded the next day and it was my mistake the item was fine. Shipping takes awhile, but their tracking updates let me know where it was.

The compass is smaller then expected. The housing seems thin and not able to stand up to actual use. Looks to be a keep sake, not a usable compass with a warm messege to my son. For $35 I could have done better, not sure if I even want to give it to him. It certainly won't say much about me. I would hate for it's short comings to put him in danger.

The Jolura ad popped up on my Facebook page. It showed something I was very interested in but having been disappointed by such purchases in the past, I hesitated. When it popped up again the next day I felt "It Must Be A Sign" LOL So I took a chance and made the purchase. WOW, what a great product. My two son's were so very pleased to receive these. Thank you Jolura.
