I ordered items that I never received over four months ago, and the website has magically closed down

If I could leave zero stars I would
Jonvi are hopeless at customer service
They sent me the wrong item
They offered a 50% refund !!!!
I complained & they eventually refunded me the amount of the garment but NOT the shipping cost
This was not my error - it is their responsibility to cover the shipping cost

Don’t waste your time or money
Jonvi is a dodgy company & do not care about their customers

Be aware and avoid buying from this seller. I placed an order and never received the product. They have not responded to any of my emails, and I am now unable to sign into the website or check my order status.
This appears to be a complete scam. I strongly recommend that no one order from this seller. You have been warned.

No........ This site is NOT repeat NOT a scam. And yes, I was iffy about this site too from the begining like most sites that get promoted on Instagram. But its NOT a scam site like many on here are claiming. Now... My biggest issue(and I was going to give it 3-1 stars) is the shipping and the company NOT being honest that they ship all the way from China. If they were honest about that then people would not be so upset.

But yes shipping NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! And especially using that Chinese company called Yanwen which is a mess. Shipping to the USA is NOT 7-10 business days like the site states. I ordered on August 27th. And my order did not SHIP until September 10th! And it didn't get here until Sept 16th. Now this wouldnt be a problem if they were HONEST.

HOWEVER... The clothing itself especially from the quality and designs EXCEEDED my expectations! Yes, I had a feeling it was shipping from China and so the quality could be iffy but I love the matching set. As someone who was never going to order from this website again due to the long shipment I may in fact order again now that I know how long it takes. The matching fits are KILLER and I dont regret my order. Once again this company just needs to work on their communications(their communication is pretty bad but they eventually responded to emails) and shipping(shipping quickly and not taking a damn week). If you have a trip soon(like me) I would order a MONTH in advance to be on safe side. 4/5.

Terrible communication!!! They ignore everything I say and just keep sending my tracking info NO ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE AT ALL I ORDERED JUNE 8th ITS BEEN 17 DAYS AND WONR REFUND ME OR ANYTHING

If ai could leave zero stars I would. Items pictured on Websitr look way better than they do in person. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped and they said I’d be charged a 15% restock fee and I was annoyed so I figured I just take what I ordered. The clothing came and it all looked cheap and flimsy. You have to pay for your returns. They don’t even provide a return label then a 15% restocking fee is also applied when they’re igly / cheap clothing is in a vaccine sealed bag. Dont waste your time or money on this trash and their return policy is ridiculous

They'r scam company for sure, they be selling fake cheap imitations of Casablanca wear brand, and claiming them as their designs by stitching their brand, their website display shirts of the original beautiful art from casablanca website, but if they ship to you, it'll be a fake 1 for 36€ that you can buy for 12€ on dhgate website (an original casablanca shirt is around 550€) not promoting dhgate (idk them) but you can check real images of the product if you still intrested on buying from jonvidesigns

This is a scam I never received anything they stole my money I order close to a month ago and it doesn’t even show that it’s in transit anymore so I guess they’re saying it was "delivered " what a disappointment of a "company "

Quality is good considering is Chinese. Shirts feel great, I order large sizes which run true to size (5”7 165lbs) however I felt like the sleeves might be a lil big but no biggie, getting them hemmed. Overall happy with the purchase and great feel and designs. Only thing is the time of delivery so be mindful considering is coming from hong Kong, some people tend to forget there’s a big difference in logistics. Order took from 3/29 to 4/24 to arrive.

This website is most likely a scam, I made a prompt to order a shirt I liked, I entered my email, credit card information, all that. But I never went through with the purchase or entered the prompt, and guess what, the day after I'm getting emails from them, and I recently had to block my card because someone from across the country was using it. Not blaming these people, but I'm saying it's highly likely it could be them. This is the first website I was reluctant to order from, I really liked the look of the shirt, so I was tempted, but I held back, and they still got my information.

The amount of time for the items to arrive is obscene. I ordered 3 items, one came within a week which was great. The other 2 have yet to arrive nearly 10 days later. The item that I received is very nice 👌. Regretfully, I would never order from them again because I don't want to wait 2 weeks for anything.

They don't sell XS despite having sizes from S to 7XL. Makes no sense.

Ordered a Shirt- Took forever to ship, had many items shipping to this address for Christmas, this one said Insufficient Address- Funny 15 other packages delivered without issue.
No credit issued.

Absolute garbage don't waste your money, I ordered 3 fleece lined shirts they eventually arrived from China the lining is cheap and so thin the shirts are almost see through, the shirt material itself is poor quality and they don't sit across the shoulders properly,

Took weeks to arrive because it was shipped from China. After receiving it became clear the items are totally different as advertised so we contacted them on where to return them to. The return address is in the USA (Very strange since it is forwarding now not returning) It’s a very shady company to say the least and in multiple factors

Legit website all their clothes are quality
Good stuff
