Journeys Made knocked it out of the park!!!!
Jade knocked it out of the park with personal touches, quality product and super fast delivery. If you’re emmmin an awwwwin over if you should go with Journeys Made… stop now and get the damn thing!! I got 5, one each for me and my girls as we’re all going to Ireland for some craic. It’s a great memento and we can build on it every year! Can’t wait till they each open their gifts on our first night!

Hi Denise,
I’m so sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet. It was dispatched from our workshop in the UK on the evening of the 29th December, and wouldn’t have started to move through the postal system until 2nd January due to weekends and the New Years bank holiday.
As stated on our website in the shipping policy, International orders to the USA do take between 10-15 working days via our postal service, Royal Mail. This timeframe does not include any time it takes to clear customs. Currently we would be on working Day 9 and not yet in the delivery timeframe from Royal Mail, excluding any customs clearance delay. As this order was sent International Standard and not International Tracked, it does not include tracking information.
Please be assured that over this festive period, we have not had a single order go missing, and we have sent hundreds throughout December both domestic and international. I am sure your order will turn up, we kindly ask for your patience. I will drop you an email as this is the first time we have heard about you not receiving your order.

Great gift.
The finish product is of extremely good quality. Delivery time is on time. The way I received my items was very neat, professional. I can just simply give the key chain and tokens as a gift to a friend and not have to re-wrap it. It is a beautiful and unique product that always impresses a friend that is a traveler.
