Disappointed
I ordered pens from this company. Was sent an email that my order had shipped and then the next day sent an email that more then half my order was not available. I was credited for what they didn’t have but when it arrived I had ordered yellow pens. The pens I received were not yellow but more of a gold color. I unfortunately will not be ordering from the company again.

Buenas Evelyn este paquete fue perdido por DHL, y aunque no es culpa nuestra, vamos a hacernos cargos y ya le hemos hecho el reenvio de este paquete( DHL solo nos paga el 30% de lo perdido, el resto lo ponemos nosotros ), la perdida de este paquete fue causado por Aduanas de Mexico como habiamos hablado en WhatsApp,gracias y Espero que lo entienda

I ordered twice from this website
I ordered twice from this website. And didn't not receive my items that I had ordered. This company took my money both times and now I'm out of pocket a little over $300.00. So I strongly do not recommend this website to no one. For me it's a leason learned. My bank blocked me from this company and put a block on this company because something didn't look right to them. I trust my bank. I have ordered at other places online and haven't had an issue with any other company but this one. So for this company to to accuse me of fraud is absurd. This company has my money and I have no items. So anything about fraud is this company, because they have my money and I have no items that I purchased. So if this company is not going to send me my item's that I purchased I would greatly appreciate it if they returned my money that was tooken out of my bank before my bank put a block on this card because they thought this company looked suspicious. And I have documents from my bank showing where they took the money out. And now this company is wanting me to send my photo ID. I am not sending a photo ID because they are to many people working in the USA that use other people's ID. I will just keep on ordering from the other companies that I have been ordering from. And for the joyasdechina to call me a fraud is their option not fact. Besides IF I was a fraud ,like joyasdechina acusses me of, why did my 1st and 2nd transaction from my bank pay for the items I ordered from joyasdechina?

I have been waiting for this order for weeks now no tracking number no updates, And when I’ve inquired about it they say they can’t give me a tracking and I paid for express shipping this is BS, I was so excited about getting these items… I just hope this arrives eventually
