I had an awful experience with another foam mattress company and ended up sending my mattress back (the mattress wasn't actually too bad, but the management team was awful and tried to pull the wool over my eyes on a number of things). I was looking for another foam mattress and this one is actually so much better, more cooling and more comfortable.

Not happy at all
A year on and unfortunately myself, husband and son have terrible back aches after sleeping on this mattress. I don't think it helps that it's completely made of foam I think you need a bit of springs and foam so that mattress can support your body.

I recently purchased a king size gel mattress and was so happy with it - (superfast delivery in a few days, so so comfy, great sleep, no aches!) that I bought another for a member of my family...
I made a mistake ordering the correct size (not realising until it was too late) and Joya have been amazing sorting it out for me ♥️

More than I could have asked for!!
I recently bought a Joya mattress, and it has completely changed how I sleep. Right from the unboxing, I could tell it was made with care and high-quality materials. Setting it up was super easy, and it was ready to use in no time.
The first night I slept on the Joya mattress was amazing. It felt soft and comfortable, but still firm enough to support my back. I often wake up with back pain, but since sleeping on this mattress, I've been waking up feeling great and pain-free.
One of the best things about the Joya mattress is how it keeps me cool at night. My old mattress used to make me hot and sweaty, but this one has cooling features that work really well.
Also, the mattress is great at reducing movement. My partner and I have different sleep schedules, and I can't feel them moving around at night, which means we both sleep better.
I also love that the Joya mattress is made with eco-friendly materials, so I feel good about my purchase being better for the environment. It feels durable and built to last, making it a smart investment.
Overall, the Joya mattress has gone above and beyond my expectations. I'm getting the best sleep I've had in years, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great mattress.

Like Sleeping on a cloud
Fast delivery, easy to roll out. great support without being too firm. Had to ask how long after removing wrapper before you can lie on it (2 hours) so maybe this can be put in the FAQ. Absolutely love it.

Excellent mattress. I would wake up with stiffness every morning, from the first night I haven’t experienced any stiffness. Delivery was excellent. Ordered on a Sunday received on Wednesday. Very pleased with my purchase.
