I recently ordered a toy through Walmart giving instructions to send to another address. It was not sent there. It was se;nt back to me. I cant afford to reship this item. Monster trucks. Contacted them about a kids bbq grill that had all the accessories missing and they gave me the run around will not purchase anything by them

I ordered back in January. Never received an acknowledgment. They did debit my card. Tried to communicate with someone to find out what was going on. It's impossible to rectify other than going through my bank to stop payment.

I bought a toy charcoal grill. The package was missing a handle. They refuse to send one. I will never do business with them again.

The product arrived quickly and was of good quality.

Great product with fast delivery. The inflatable "UFO flying saucer alien abduction" decoration was a big hit for our front lawn on Halloween. The illuminating lights were visible from the street and we ran the inflation motor nonstop for a week and it performed perfectly with no problems.

I purchased the Alien for my grandkids and they loved it! So did the trick or treaters! It shipped fast and seems to be a very good quality and price.

I purchased this for my daughter and family... they loved it ,,,it was the most original decoration in their neighborhood... delivery was quick and on time as stated it was easy to set up... just loved it so much I purchased a second one for another daughter and her family.. The 10’ Carriage Halloween inflatable was fantastic decor! The product was easy to install in the yard with all the accessories provided with product! Families were stopping in front of house with their trick or treaters to take pictures of them with the carriage! It was a great Halloween night.

Won a costume contest with the cowboy costume so I think it was well worth the price lol.

I ordered an inflatable witch that makes bubbles in her caldron. The shipping was super fast and the product is perfect. I plan on ordering a lot more decor from Joyfy in the future!

I ordered an item that was supposedly in stock, and received confirmation, on 7/30. I paid extra money for expedited shipping (2-3 days) but I didn’t receive the until 8/7.
Disappointed.

The rest of the story: After posting this review I was contacted by Joyfy and my shipping costs were refunded. My granddaughter was thrilled with her new costume despite getting it after her birthday.

Shipping is always quick! I love giving the mochi toys as gifts! Great handouts for holidays too.

The product I received was exactly what I expected it to be. Not only that, my 8 year old daughter loved the plastic eggs with mini plushies inside. She handed them out to her classmates before Easter, and a kind note from her teacher to me, said that the class love them. This company has fun products for a good price.

We absolutely love these squishes! We’ve bought Ben them for Valentine’s Day gifts and also Easter pre-filled eggs! They are always a hit with kids and my daughter plays with them LONG after in the bath. We will continue buying from this shop for their quality.

I am a Halloween costume nut but last year I was heading to Europe so no room for dress up so I decided to buy small toys to hand out. Your light up rings were the biggest hit. I gave away 35 in France to big and little kids. Now I can’t stop myself and I bought and gave away more of your toys for every holiday since, the latest being the filled eggs. I especially loved the legos, finger puppets and windup toys. I’m back in France still handing out smiles!’
