Alot of bad write upset on this company. But my parts came into my front door in perfect condition. This company is outstanding. Keep up the good work.

Very hard to contact which makes returns very frustrating no e-mail address no number given on website. Not a good experience for me at all!

Bought a set of headlights for 2017 Nissan in January of 2025. They arrived in early Feb and had them installed in May at a Nissan dealership. The led “eyebrow” around the right headlight failed 1 year later. Not warrantied beyond 12 months from sale. Only way to fix is to buy a new headlight and have it installed. Headlights were $250 a piece and installation is over $500. JP Auto offered me a 10% discount on a replacement headlight. No thanks. I will buy from a distributor that has better quality OEM parts.

I’m in NY only took two days to be delivered and now I have a new taillight!!no problems at all!!!

Needed to buy some new headlight assemblies for my Nissan. Website states the assemblies come with bulbs. They did not. JP Auto refuses to reimburse for new bulbs that needed purchased. Scam! Buyer beware.

I found a website purporting to represent multiple salvage yards. However, I STRONGLY suspect these "salvage yards" work together. I believe they are simply one group of scammers that pretend to supply auto parts. I mentioned a color code to one of them and, next thing I know, another supplier just happened to have my part with that exact color code. I am VERY SUSPICIOUS of these guys, especially after reading the other reviews.

I ordered tail lights for my dodge ram. Paid for them and got the email they were delivered. The picture in the email where they were delivered is not my house. No response back from JP Auto except for 1 rude email saying they were delivered, take it up with the shipping company. Fed Ex explained because of the type of ground shipping used, I would have to contact JP Auto. They will not respond. Stealing money from people for false sales is not ok. Think twice before using this company

When my truck went into their shop my rear lights . worked, and the engine ran smooth. Now it runs rough. Rear lights was because of a broken connection, the pin on the rear was pulled apart. I put it back and the lights now work. Not to be trusted.

I ordered headlights from jpauto.com and 4 days later just as promised they were delivered at my front door. I went thru a very negative experience prior to ordering from jpauto.com with carparts.com. I ordered 2lights from Carparts.com on 6/18 they said they would be there by 6/21 but here we are on 6/27 & theyre still sending e mails & txts that my shipment is running late. I have cancelled them bcuz they were just a nightmare to deal with...I found jpauto online & decided to give them a shot as I desperately needed those headlights for a promised repair. I am more than pleased. I got a set of headlights 4 days later as PROMISED for just about the same price with no BS excuses & multiple txts & emails about them arriving late & how sorry they are. THANK YOU JPAUTO... even tho my project is running late it was so less stressful knowing they had my back!!!!

They called and offered the part and price and emailed with an invoice. They charged my card. 2 weeks later, no part, the phone number doesn't work, and tracking is false. Disputing with my card company.

Stay away.

My package: is not was correct

While others had unsatisfactory experiences, mine was quite the opposite. The left taillight lens I ordered on Tueday was delivered on Saturday. A perfect fit, and very reasonable price. I am 100% satisfied with the transaction.

Terrible customer service, they don't even provide a phone number sent me a damaged part a pretty much told too bad.

THEY SEND ME WRONG PART (HEADLIGHT TO MY TOYOTA TUNDRA), I RETURNED TO THEM, BUT THEY GIVE ME BACK LESS MONEY, THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR THE MISTAKE OF SENDING THE WRONG PRODUCT.

Ordered my part without checking reviews, then when I checked the reviews I was worried bc there was so many bad reviews. However, my package delivered in a very timely fashion. I though "alright! I got a package, probably won't be the correct thing though."
I opened my package and it was absolutely the correct part.

I purchased a left headlamp for my 2010 Ford Sport Trac Adrenalin and I didn't want LED. They sold me a Halogen assembly that looked so great that I ordered a right headlamp. The service was great and the price was good.

I ordered a taillight assembly for a 2008 Nissan Versa. It arrived in 4 days to my front door and the part fit perfectly! As for me, I have no issues with this company. Thank you JP.

After I paid for my order I thought the receipt listed a different part. But the order that arrived was the right part, and was in perfect condition.
Just know, it is impossible to cancel even immediately after ordering. You have to return it if its wrong. So, be extra careful.
