Despite complete incompetence on the part of DPD failing to deliver my order and then losing it, JPHA customer service in the person of Jonny responded quickly to every email and did everything that could be done to fix the problem with DPD. When DPD failed to find my order JPHA dispatched a replacement without question. Excellent service.
