new Peugeot 408

I purchased a new Peugeot 408 from Johnson & Perrott in Mahon, Cork two months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. This is actually the second car I’ve bought from this company, which says a lot about the level of service they provide.

From start to finish, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and without any issues or delays. I mostly dealt with Richie, who was very professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I really appreciated the clear communication and how easy they made everything. I would also like to thank all the staff involved in the process for their excellent service.

I would highly recommend Johnson & Perrott to anyone looking to buy a new car. A great experience overall!

A perfect garage but for parking!

The showrooms are excellent, airy and comfortable even if the coffee machine is not always working. The reception, sales and service personnel are friendly and helpful. The service is carried out well and quickly. The missing star is the horrendous car parking. There are cars everywhere and it is extremely difficult to find a space and park avoiding any damage. A nightmare you dread before visiting the JPMG site(s)

Great Service.

Got a minor job done on my vehicle during work lunch, Service Dept was able to facilitate this no problem, in and out in 20 minutes.

Excellent efficient knowledgeable staff just purchased my second MG ELECTRIC as a replacement for my existing MG ELECTRIC TAXI EXCELLENT CAR NEVER A PROBLEM AIDEN IN MG SALES IS ALWAYS SO COMPETENT AND FAST TO ORGANISE MY NEW CAR ALL STAFF EXCELLENT VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICING VERY HELPFUL TO FIT ME IN FOR SERVICING AT SHORT NOTICE AS I WOULD BE TIED UP WITH CONTRACT WORK VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

I was dealing with Peter Punch, who was fantastic from the start when I sent in an enquiry. He followed up with me immediately, and was so helpful at every point.Very happy with my car and a most efficient service 😁

After care

Garage initially having trouble diagnosing problem, however, staff very accommodating and front of house exceptional. Arranged a courtesy vehicle until problem fixed and car returned.

From our first visit to the completion of our purchase, the sales department were totally professional and could not have been more accommodating.
We were never rushed or pressurised in any way during our decision making journey.
I love my new volvo,and look forward to the after sales support going forward.

Minor service very expensive

Customer service on booking, check in and collection was excellent. The reason I reduced the stars was value for money. Very expensive for minor service, car not even washed, only mats cleaned.

J&P Peugeot Miguel

Great experience when recently looking to change car.
Miguel was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish he assessed and valued our current car to make the trade-in process simple and quick. A few days later we drove away in our new car. We did opt for a "Diamondbrite" package which really gave a new car look and feel. Couldn't recommend more 👌

Professional with great attention to detail.

Very professional staff who pay great attention to detail. The service was completed in an afternoon and my car was washed before it was returned to
me. Prior to the service, Jason at the reception noted any concerns I had about the car. He explained that they would phone me if there was any extra work required so that there would not be any unexpected expenses. Thank you for a very positive experience.

Very disappointed today with J&P Mahon…

Very disappointed today with J&P Mahon Point. I have an issue with the charging app (Smartzone installed the vehicle charger and app but have since gone into Receivership) and admittedly the girl on the service desk asked for assistance from a few staff members, but nobody offered any help or advice. Not a happy customer.
