Both friendly and professional. First class!
The whole experience was just so straight forward and easy. It is a small family business. The staff are both friendly and professional with clear, open communication. I really appreciated the documents, such as estimates, invoices and test results; they are comprehensive and clear. Overall, a refreshingly good experience.

Best possible service
Had my Audi booked in for loud knocking noise coming from rear. The source of the noise was immediately spotted and I received advice and quote for fixing. Got the car fixed in no time at the best price possible. Absolutely brilliant service and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Recently moved to Kirkby and amazing!
Recently moved to Kirkby just before Christmas and through seeing reviews and posts on the local Kirkby page I reached out on Thursday and they were able to get me in on the Friday (due to cancellation) and I was able to have it back by the end of the day but massively appreciated their quick replies and ability to fit me in. The customer service was so lovely, car was in and out and at an amazing price. Will be using them for any and all future car troubles and can’t recommend them enough!
