Dylan, the founder of JS Dental, was so communicative and helpful in getting me a replacement night guard - he gave me advice on which one to choose based on my history of heavy grinding at night, and went out of his way to ship it internationally over the holidays. I am a returning customer (the first time a few years ago was also with him, so they last long too despite my nighttime clenching), and I truly cannot recommend them enough. This was much better than having to go to my dentist in-person and pay for a $600 one, since my insurance doesn’t cover them. Thank you Dylan!!

A few years ago, I needed a replacement of a $500 mouth guard that I'd purchased when I had amazing health insurance which I no longer had (US woes). My budget was much lower, but my needs just as high (intense overnight grinding due to PTSD). I found JS Dental guards through Amazon and decided to try it out, to my great satisfaction. Their guards are the same quality as the $500 guard. I had to purchase a new one recently only because I lost my first JS Dental guard. In the in-between, I decided to try a cheaper guard, meanwhile I waited for my replacement guard to arrive.. and it was awful. The guards were too big, too clunky, too damaging to the inner lining of my mouth. I was soooo happy when my replacement JS Dental guard finally arrived. You've got a loyal customer in me. I initially got a night guard that didn’t quite work for me, but when I reached out to JS Dental, Dylan personally stepped in to help. He guided me through getting a new custom night guard, and it fits perfectly! I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my jaw since using it. The personalized service and attention to detail were amazing. Highly recommend JS Dental!

If there was a review of 0, I would give this "so called company" that. I made my impression and sent a picture to their email and via text for verification. I received a generated answer. That was three days ago and 2 or more texts and emails later. I don't even want to do business with this company at this point. Stay away!

I have never ever written a review before however I think this product definitely calls for a glowing one. Yes my review is WAY too long but it’s worth a read if you’re feeling weary about buying a mouth guard online like I was. I went to 7 different dentists in 1 year spent thousands of dollars to try and get relief for my TMJ and nothing ever helped or worked. I was fitted for 4 different mouth guards in one year and all fit so poorly. JS Dental is the greatest place to work with. Dylan took so much time trying to help me when I felt so hopeless, lost, and in so much pain. You can tell he truly cares and wants to help. JS Dental saved my jaw and my only regret is not choosing JS Dental sooner.
A little back story. I have had TMJ for 10 years. I had one mouth guard made in the beginning that worked wonderfully however fast forward to 2021 that bite splint was starting to get worn out and it made my bite uneven and gave me the most profound jaw pain I’ve ever had. I have been on a 3 year journey trying to fix what happened. Due to the swelling and damage that old mouth guard caused my bite was so uneven I could no longer bite down whatsoever on the left side. So for two years I had ZERO contact on the left. Imagine not being able to bite down at all after doing it your whole life. It’s painful and uncomfortable. In 2022 I went to 7 different dentists. The 4 different mouth guards made no difference in my jaw pain, swelling, or bite. The time and money I spent to only still be in pain was insane. I just learned to live with it and gave up. This year the pain began to get unbearable. My teeth started to hurt so bad from the mouth guard I was wearing and I couldn’t do it any longer. I reached out to JS Dental letting them know what my issues were and they thankfully decided to help me. I have exchanged 40 emails with JS Dental not because of them, but because of me and my issues. I wanted to make sure everything was made properly because I needed help so bad and every dentist wasn’t helping or listening. I finally got my first mouth guard from JS Dental and it did not fit due to my bite being off. I was so upset and was gonna be done, but I decided to TRUST THE PROCESS!!!! I talked to Dylan explained my concerns and he took everything into account to remake the mouth guard accordingly. When I got the new mouth guard and tried it on I genuinely almost cried. IT WAS THE FIRST MOUTH GUARD TO ACTUALLY FIT AND NOT HURT!!!!! I was so excited to use it that first night. Much to my surprise… I woke up the next morning… and for the very first time in two years I COULD BITE DOWN ON MY LEFT SIDE PERFECTLY. AFTER ONE NIGHT!!!!!!! The material is so incredible and feels like it should cost way more than it does. This guard was so perfectly made. So perfectly fitted. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about JS Dental, Dylan, and this guard. I was so weary about ordering a guard online, but I am so so glad I did. My jaw swelling is going down. The pain is subsiding and I CAN evenly bite all around. Truly so so happy. Please please please give JS Dental a chance and if it doesn’t work out the first time TRUST THE PROCESS! It is worth it!!

The item I got is the more expensive version which is a must if you have any of the same issues as me. It’s the Premium 3D Night Guard 4mm.

Rather than pay for TMJ dentist a $300 consultation plus the cost of the overpriced mouth guard, I took a chance on JS Dental since I read that TMJ Dentists usually start patients with a mouth guard. This was the best decision. I have bad gage reflexes so my initial impression resulted in the mouth guard being off. They were able to deterime I needed a new lower impression from photographs and my pushing on areas of the mouth guard. They sent a new impression kit and the next mouth guard was perfect but had a tiny hole. They immediately produced a new mouth guard that is perfect. It is about 10 business days to produce each one but understandable since you take your own impressions. The truly back the production and fit of their products. It has eliminated my chronic ear pain which has recently been constant, neck aches, and occassional head pain. It has changed my life.

Best company I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with! Aside from having an incredibly great product, the customer service is unbeatable.

Absolutely amazing company I cannot say enough good things about all of the representatives and customer service agents. My wife was in the hospital and one of the nurses threw out her night guard so I took my wife’s phone and bought what I thought was the same guard from the same company. They were so incredibly patient and understanding. The first guard I received was the 1.3mm Which became very loose fitting on her very quickly and they suggested that it should’ve been the 1.5 that was ordered. Needless to say, I was confused because I simply ordered what she had the last time but they didn’t even miss a beat. They had the proper guard made and shipped out to me within a few days. We finally got it about two weeks later give or take and it fits exactly like the old ones she had. Mae, Angela, Dylan, you guys have been incredible and extremely helpful and if I’m missing anyone else, I’m sorry, but you have also been amazing as well. Trust me anyone with this company will never be disappointed.

This is the first time I have ordered something like this online. A few years ago I got a quote from my dentist to have a custom mouth guard made, and my out of pocket portion (with dental insurance) was going to be $600! Instructions from JS Dental Lab for making the home dental impression were straightforward and videos helped instill more confidence in me. I had a "fabulous assistant" with me, mostly as a cheerleader and timekeeper, but the impressions are something you can do yourself. After I mailed my impression in, there was a hitch on their end, and they went out of their way to apologize, make it right, communicating all the way and ultimately doing an outstanding job. It's evident they care about fairness and customer satisfaction. I would order from them again, and I'd recommend them to people I know. I am happy with my guard so far. Finally, I was not paid nor did I receive incentives to write this review.

Dylan and the JS Dental Lab team were amazing! They went above and beyond to help me out - I will never work with another provider or dentist for my mouthguard needs. Since working with them, most of my family have now purchased from JS Dental Lab. Products are super high quality and they stand by their work. Couldn't recommend these guys more!!

Im pleasantly surprised about how quick and easy This whole process was. I got my guard back within a few days. Price is great. The guard fit well. No complaints. Highly recommended!

I've been purchasing guards here for 2 years now. The customer service experience is second to none, truly. Most recently, I received a guard in a design that wasn't a great fit for me-- it was manageable but not perfect, and when asked about it, I was told that settling wasn't an option, and I received a new guard that is better than I could have hoped! This is not an uncommon occurrence-- I have experienced it several times with several different stafd members. This company goes above and beyond to make sure you get a high quality night guard that fits and is comfortable, no matter what.

I have been wearing my night guard for a week, now, and it is perfect.

By the way, I actually placed an order with another similar service (they'll remain nameless), but cancelled my order because more than three weeks after accepting my credit card payment, they still had not shipped out my impression kit, and failed to provide me updated information on my order.

Folks, the product has to be good, but it's also got to be backed by a caring, responsive organization.

I've been using mouth guards for my TMJ for over 30 years. I used to get my guards from my dentist for many hundreds of dollars. Once online avenues opened up I tried using them as well. JS Dental Lab is the 3rd such company I've used. The other 2 places offered similar services but their products never fit quite right. Their customer service and return/replace policies didn't work for me. Enter JS Dental. I got two guards - a thicker one for my lower teeth and a 1mm for my upper teeth [mainly to keep me from chewing through the lower]. The fit wasn't perfect and felt like my teeth were moving a bit when I'd wear it at night. Customer service was OUTSTANDING! Dylan worked with me to get the guards right and fitting like they should. I've finally found my go-to for guards! Thank you!

The best customer service around. They really want your appliance to work for you! Great product and super reasonable price. I spent $1000. on one that my dentist made me that wasn't anywhere near the quality of these! I'd recommend the 3mm 4 D one they sell. Very comfy and no more waking up with TMJ!
