If i could change just 1 thing though it would be a simple collection service. I get it's an online business but in the interest of cost of living and green miles my pellets have to travel 17 miles to Preston to come back to me when I live 2 miles away. That's 38 miles vs 4,it's a small issue won't stop using them love ya
