Worst company ever

Worst company ever they keep giving my package to the wrong district driver and when I send them my location they say sorry we don’t deliver to your district and then I get a message that they couldn’t deliver my package because of no answer WTF! Tell now 6 different people had my package with them and asked for my location although I called j&t and told them stop giving my package to the wrong drivers and gave them the right one but here I am still getting these no answer messages while am actually answering them

Consistent and Reliable Courier

I’ve used J&T Express many times over the past 2 years, mostly for Shopee and Lazada orders. The delivery is usually fast, and I get real-time updates through SMS and the app. My packages always arrive in good condition, and the riders are polite. Very satisfied with their service.

I was very dissatisfied

I was very dissatisfied with my experience with J&T Express. I tried to update my phone number so the courier could contact me when arriving at my house, but reaching customer service was nearly impossible. Most of the phone numbers provided were either unavailable or directed me to call back later. I also sent an email, but after 48 hours, I still have not received a response.

When I finally managed to speak with a representative, they informed me that I needed to update my phone number through the merchant and that the change would only take effect on my next order. This solution does not help with my current delivery, which I have been waiting for.

I believe there should be a more efficient way to update contact information directly with the courier to avoid wasting both their time and mine. Overall, I am very unhappy with their service.

la peor experiecia cada que pido algo y veo que J&E toma el paquete , nunca entregan se roban los paquetes a mi me hablo una vez el que entrega le explique bien y me dijo no no llego y jamas entrego el paquete y lo puso como entregado

Will not use it express ever again .pack of thieves .

Well my experience with Jt express .my order from shien only part of my order I received. I'm missing a metal detector and one other item from my order .I wouldn't trust j.t express with my dirty undies .the courier that delivered the order was just outside rude and filthy dirty .I still paid for the order cod .don't trust this company ever .

Very worst courier service in the world! The delivery and the J&T both they don't know how to communicate their customer,they ask your location and after sending location they will not call and communicate you, 1week waiting our parcel and still not calling you and they will not deliver, OMG! So shocking when we check our order in Temu they said abnormal reason is no answering the call?? How they stupid! I am the one who call them asking where is my parcel?and now! Telling that cannot reach you because I change my location and number?? You making story and drama!! Very liar!Much better Close your Company!! !

The rider is not professional and not helpful

Feedback on Delivery Rider – Hywell P. (Irisan, Baguio City)

I would like to raise a concern regarding the service of one of your delivery riders, Hywell P., based in Irisan, Baguio City. Unfortunately, my experience with him has been consistently unprofessional and unhelpful.

During a recent delivery, I informed him that I was heading to town and requested that the parcel be delivered directly to my house, as someone was available to receive it. Despite this, he insisted that I personally receive the package and refused to leave it at my residence. I was surprised by his insistence, especially since my house is quite far from where we met. I had to rush back home just to leave the parcel.

To make matters worse, as I was heading back to town, I saw him delivering other parcels in the area, including addresses near my house. This indicates that he could have easily delivered my package as requested.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered issues with this rider. On several occasions, he has left parcels at a nearby store without informing or checking if anyone is home to receive them. This lack of communication and disregard for proper delivery procedures is unacceptable.

I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure better service in the future.

Less than one star

Less than one star, they threw my package on the door or my old residence place without calling or informing , they also got rude about it when i complained

Sobrang delay magdeliver!!!!!! Naaapektuhan na orders sa ecom shop ko!!!! Daming mga rts ng dahil sa inyo!!!!! Yung mga orders 10days in transit parin ba naman at nasa leyte parin tss!!!! Tagal makaisip ng paraan kung pano masolusyonan ang delay sa san juanico issue tas ngayon delay parin!!!!!! Nauna pang dumating package ko via roro!!!!! Kayo ang bagal bagal!!!!!!!!!

Es una porquería

Es una porquería. Deje de comprar en temu porque es la única mensajería que utilizan y tardan muchísimo tiempo o te roban los paquetes. Además luego dicen que no estuviste y por eso no hubo entrega cuando siempre hay vigilantes en mi edificio que pueden recoger los paquetes.

Pésimo servicio

Pésimo servicio, no entrega a domicilio y la repartidora te cobra 10 pesos para entregarte tu paquete y todavía tienes que ir a recogerlo por qué ella no entrega a domicilio esto pasa en el cp 43230

انالا ارشح هذه الشركه لاى شخص لانهم لايحترمون العملاء ولا الوقت اتعامل مع شركات شحن كثيره لم ولن ارى اسوء معامله كا هذه كلبن كن shein طلبيه من شهرين وحتى الان لم تصل كامله اتعامل مع shein منذ فتره كبيره لما ارى معامله بهذا السوء لمده اكثر من اسبوع كل يوم يرسل رساله من سائق يسأل عن الموقع فى الصباح الباكر ارسل له الموقع وافضل منتظر انه يوصل لم يأتى واذا ارسلت له رساله لا يرد وفى اخر اليوم يرسل لى رساله يقول ان العنوان غير صحيح مع العلم ان ارسلت له الموقع وهذا تكرر اكثر سبع مرات على مدار اسبوعين وحتى اليوم حدث نفس الشيء انهم لايعرفون كيف يحترمون العملاء والمواعيد لا انصح اى احد بالتعامل معهم مطلقا واسف على الإطالة وشكرا

I do not recommend this company to anyone because they do not respect customers or time. I deal with many shipping companies and I have not and will not see the worst treatment like this. I ordered from Shein two months ago and it has not arrived completely. I have been dealing with Shein for a long time. Why do I see such bad treatment for more than a week? Every day he sends a message from a driver asking about the location. Early in the morning I send him the location and I wait for him to arrive, but he does not come. If I send him a message, he does not respond. At the end of the day, he sends me a message saying that the address is incorrect, knowing that I sent him the location. This was repeated more than seven times over the course of two weeks, and until today the same thing happened. They do not know how to respect customers and appointments. I do not advise anyone to deal with them at all. Sorry for the length. Thank you.

Disappointing and unreliable

The moment I saw that J&T Express would be handling my Sony headset delivery, I already felt upset and true enough, it took over ten days to arrive. No proper updates, poor tracking, and zero communication. Honestly, I’ve never experienced this kind of delay with Flash. J&T really needs to improve, this level of service is just hopeless.

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been waiting 20 days for the pick up of items I wanted to return. Called them TENS of times and always get the response of we will do our best to pick it up ASAP and nothing happens. Now the return period has finished and I will no longer get my money back because of their incompetence.

the worst…

SHEIN is dwaling with the worst shipping companies ever, I’m not sure is it because they are cheap or what? And JNT is one of them.. un professional service and delivery service and they hire the worst drivers they send you a text asking for the location and after waiting for the whole day they don’t show up and never answer if you ask them whether they are coming or not despite the threatening language that every customer will have only 5 minutes if they don’t answer they will leave so you have to wait for them all day and in return they give you 5 minutes what a joke..
