Booked Jt transfers for our holiday to the airport. Great service and was in constant communication. And also had a text day before we come home to assure us they would be at the airport waiting. We got back 45 mins late and it was no problem. Would definitely recommend and will be using this service again next year.
I contacted JT Recovery when I needed my car moving from one garage to another quite urgently. They responded really quickly to my request, and charged me a really reasonable price to help! It was completely hassle free for me, and a really reliable service! Thank you again for your help!
Needing to have a car transported from Bristol to Gloucester I contacted JT Recovery & Transport. A price was agreed and a day and time was arranged. JT arrived on time, the car was driven onto the transport, secured and the ramps disengaged. The journey to Gloucester was accomplished and the car offloaded. Job done as arranged, on time and on budget. Would I use JT again – absolutely yes!
Couldn't recommend anyone better to help with my broken down vehicle. It was a quick and easy turnover, my car was at the garage within an hour of me making the call, very polite and kind driver too!
Highly recommend JT Recovery, no long waiting time when stuck at the side of the road. I’ve cancelled my RAC and now just use JT recovery It’s a faster more streamlined process
Excellent customer service from initial contact until delivery of my car, really competitive on pricing, went the extra mile ensuring the car was loaded correctly with making sure that no damage would be caused to the car. Great service.
Great team, arrived on time and very helpful, will be using again in the future!
