Juice Master Delivered Avis 

Overall, I’m disappointed in these juices, especially considering the price. They’re similar to Nutriseed in quality — but a lot more expensive. I’ve been to Jason Vale’s Juicy Retreat in Portugal and so I think I was expecting more from JMD. I did the 3 day detox and I’ve got to be honest, I’m pleased I didn’t sign up for 5 or 7 days. In future I’ll either do my own juicing or go with Plenish. The latter are more expensive than JMD, but I’ve had their juices before and they’re delicious and so, overall, perhaps better value for money.

I lost weight( 14lb in 14 days), however most of this was because I could not drink the juices as they are really not nice. Overwhelming taste of celery and cucumber in even the fruity drinks meant some days I was having less than 300 calories as those smells and tastes were making me sick after a few days and mostly went in the bin. Soups were OK. 2 stars as I did lose weight but it was a fast rather than the juices.

Previously I have enjoyed the JMD service. However, I opted for a 3 day juice plan this time and was disappointed. The juices are either made with avocado which is not well blended so making them unpalatable (and also not strictly speaking juices?) or thin and contain 30% mineral water! I did raise this with the customer services and they said it was just different to previous as I have had the 5 day or 7 day in past.... but they were still not pleasant and I feel a bit ripped off tbh. I wont use them again. There are lots of other juice teams around..

I called DPD within 15 minutes to raise an investigation after the courier made a mistake - not an obvious act of juice delivery extortion, although the sentiment of JMD’s reaction - instigate police involvement.

T&C’s are designed to protect from fraud, that was established immediately & continually evidenced to the contrary. One would expect also to uphold a minimum service standard. If JMD condescend to further quote contractual excuses absolving them in reply, it still remains by no fault of my own, I did not get my juice delivery, & JMD could not have influenced that at the time. Subsequently JMD chose not to replace or refund, continued with an attitude of arrogance, & created an unnecessarily stressful ordeal.

The next T&C ‘make it the customer’s fault’ clause was to accuse that in matching my DPD safe place to that of the JMD dispatch note 27 hours prior, had caused confusion. A moot point, as DPD ignored both - abandoning outside in a public area, obstructing a fire door, in full view of 100’s of apartments. DPD first tried to leave at the developers office, & made no attempt to alert neighbours or gain entry to the building, presumably to avoid many flights of stairs.

T&C requirement JMD are not responsible if the delivery has been correctly left as per customer instructions.
T&C’s don’t state the entire effort JMD exert is in exonerating themselves when the delivery instructions aren’t followed either. As a perishable item, DPD are not liable, JMD have no investment in making the courier accountable, all efforts are directed toward blaming the customer.

No due diligence from JMD to even hint at reassurance of my interests in the circus that ensued spoiling the few days prior to my holiday. The inaccuracies corrected & evidenced by me in the DPD report - not challenged. Quite the opposite, asking me to explain the drivers actions. No empathy shown for the fact I had missed out on the cleanse experience.

The charm school continued in an email bragging they privately taxi missing deliveries !!!

I avoided calling prior to focus on a weekend compensating the disappointment. Not wanting to add to the disaster by generating a second box, no longer in a position to receive until my return. Even the slightest request can be met with impatience, or grave inconvenience, I was not prepared to timetable the JMD wrath to ruin my weekend also.
JMD could not advocate for me until the DPD report was produced.

This delay is the only T&C JMD have a tenuous leg to stand on.
An inconsequential one. I could not guarantee contacting JMD would be as effective as me going straight to the courier still on site. Driver neither responded to or returned calls from DPD head office or local depot all afternoon. The line manager apologised & couldn’t understand why the driver hadn’t called me, as they would do normally with a contact on file.

The JMD customer hassle answer machine messages or follow up email ignored for days, until I was informed ‘the one person customer hassle department’ had gone on holiday herself !

In fact, the only enthusiastic reply I received was against my request, deliberately sent to disturb my holiday after 10pm - telling me JMD didn’t appreciate me highlighting their poor service, consequently I would not receive a replacement. As Paypal pointed out, sadly with no protection purchasing with the balance – you can’t compensate for incompetence.

T&C’s aren’t there to berate the customer or cite arbitrarily until they’re worn down, hoping to avoid replacement. Sadly, JMD does not reflect other aspects of Mr Vale’s brand, which I had been loyal to for many years. Very short sighted considering the beautiful options now expanding delivery outside of London to nationwide. Whose T&C’s at least look customer orientated, incredibly well-presented meals & very flexible juice plans. I didn’t get my cleanse & refreshing break. Any apology now would be disingenuous. All JMD delivered was a dose of stress. Thanks for nothing (well, less than nothing as you kept the cash !)

I was very disappointed with my 5 day plan. The delivery was delayed and the juices were very tasteless, very thick and often unpleasant to drink. I have had juices from the juicemaster before, but felt very let down and disappointed on this occasion. I will not be buying again. Sorry

Very disappointed with the taste. Don’t defrost in the fridge overnight and tasteless drinks.. almost taste like juice from concentrate. Customer service were quick to respond to concerns raised, but ultimately would not reorder.

At first sight this looks expensive but I have used Jason vale juice delivery 3x and it's the only system that varies each day and fills me up

What an excellent product - super efficient delivery, really well packaged and easy to store/ use. I found the 7 day diet a great experience and a great reset. I also definitely recommend having soups too, they were a great way to end the day. The only thing I would have liked is more guidance of what to do in the week, there was a bit of information on water consumption but it would have been good to have some tips e.g. make sure you drink XX amount of water alongside your juice.

The juices are delivered ice cold in a well insulated box. They taste delicious and take out all the hassle of juice making. Customer service is excellent and am happily about to start my third week. Feel much better, less brain fog and mojo beginning to surface after ages. Will check weight loss at the end but know it’s working as my clothes are much looser. Would thoroughly recommend these juices. Thank you to everyone on Jason’s team.

I’ve followed juice master plans before, but wanted something that was done for me this time. This was worth every penny. Every single juice was delicious. I’d definitely do this again.

Clarity is so clear. And the juice delivery and info sheet was perfect! Absolutely brilliant!

A must for overall health and well being.

I love using juicemaster delivered. When I'm feeling a bit run down, I love to do either a 5 or 7 day juice diet and it really picks me up! It's such a great way to get a huge amount of fruits and vegetables into the system with very little effort. The quality of the juices is amazing and I have never had an issue them.

Highly recommend. Made my life easier as I didn’t have to spend time making my juices every day. The juices still tasted good even through they were frozen. All the added extra shots and snacks really help as well. I did the juice and soup cleanse and the soups were surprising tasty.

Great service, great product, great delivery set up. Would definitely recommend as it takes the pain out of juicing.

Bit disappointed with the second order service. Waiting on Saturday morning for my delivery which didn't come. Had to investigate myself and found out that my delivery got damaged.
I then contacted juice master they said how sorry they were and that I would get my delivery on Tuesday now.
I then mailed back that that was a shame as I had already started a weeks juicing and wanted to continue on Monday. No reply to that
For the money you pay I thought that wasn't a very good customer service. 😞

Fabulous juices and great customer service

Amazing, it really worked for me, Expensive but worth it!

All the work is done for you. From selecting the ingredients to nutritional balance. The most important thing is that they all taste great.
Delivery is prompt and packaged so well it was like they just all just came out of the freezer

First class service start to finish. Easy to use website. My telephone enquiry re an allergy was dealt with swiftly and with considerable patience. Delivery was bang on time. The juices are great. Would recommend whole heartedly.
